1. Cozy Home in Pownal VT

« We are still enjoying our stay, but I wanted to leave a review because we’ve had such a wonderful experience. The house is peaceful, surrounded by beautiful mature greenery, and incredibly quiet. After spending so much time in a noisy city, this was exactly the escape we needed. We were able to truly relax, unwind, and enjoy the calm atmosphere. The property feels private and well cared for, and the natural surroundings make it even more special. This has been one of those places where you...

« We had a great family getaway here! The hot tub was amazing and the views from the hot tub were perfect. What a beautiful location - quiet, peaceful and a fun space for kids to explore. We had an amazing time trekking out in the woods in the snow.Kitchen was well stocked and the treats, coffee and tea were a nice bonus. My kids enjoyed the extra games as well! Extremely quick responses from the host as well! Thanks for a good time, we are already thinking about coming back in the summer. »

« Excellent stay at an immaculate house! Hosts were extremely responsive and provided some wonderful ‘extra’ touches in addition to a virtual guest book with pertinent information! We were a party of 8 and everyone had plenty of room to sleep and hang out. Went up to enjoy some summer activities at Berkshire East and this was a perfect home base. I wish we actually could have stayed longer. The place was so clean and felt like a boutique hotel. Very nicely decorated as well. You can tell the hosts...

14. Hancock Village Inn Near Jiminy Peak

Hancock

« Our stay at the Hancock Village Inn was spectacular! We rented the Inn for my daughter’s graduation from Williams College. The multitude of bedrooms and bathrooms meant our entire extended family could comfortably stay together. The fully (yes- fully!) stocked kitchen allowed us to cook for our large group easily. Working with the Tafe family was wonderful–they really do go above and beyond! John allowed me a tour the house when I was up visiting my daughter in advance of our stay–so kind!...
