The living area centres around a fireplace, while comfortable seating and a smart TV make it easy to unwind. The adjoining kitchen is well-equipped with ample bench space and quality appliances, making meal preparation simple, while the dining area provides a welcoming setting for shared meals. Sliding doors open to the backyard, extending the space outdoors. Outside, the private yard features a covered patio and a cubby house, creating an easy setting for relaxed afternoons while keeping younger guests entertained.

Each bedroom offers a calm place to retreat, with air conditioning ensuring comfort in most rooms. The bedroom includes a king bed, a walk-in robe and private ensuite, while two additional bedrooms feature queen beds. A fourth bedroom with bunk beds, cooled by a standing fan, is well-suited to children. Two bathrooms and an additional toilet help keep daily routines running smoothly.

A dedicated workspace provides a quiet spot to focus, while the full laundry with washer and dryer adds everyday convenience for longer stays.

A portacot and high chair are available to hire for a fee. Should you require them, please let us know upon booking.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
