« Poorly managed property - they'll be in touch like clockwork to get your security deposit payment then don't deliver details of how to pickup keys come check-in time. After a few call attempts they blamed it on the cleaner "forgetting" to put the key in the lock box. We were greeted with dirty dishes from the last guest and our request for a 3rd bed not fulfilled. They told me that I forgot to put that request into them... funny considering I have it clearly noted on their confirmation email...

« Great location, clean room, easy process. Expedia makes it hard to communicate due to blocking URLs within messages so I had to switch between the app and the web app multiple times. Thankfully the property host warned about this and remembered everything so I was able to obtain the access code and check in. Thank you. Please push Expedia for a better communication process or use their messaging channel. »

« To access property we had to pick up a key from a lock box which was located a block away from the property.this was inconvenient. Property was located upstairs - 2flights of stairs and no lift access. Room was clean and neat with modern bathroom, however there were no bath towels on arrival and we needed to contact host who didn’t answer phone and I was unable to leave a message either. I eventually made contact with host via email and they replied promptly and dropped bath towels 10 mins...

« Do not stay here. We unfortunately made a booking to stay here two months ago, only to find that a prison cell would have been more welcoming (see photos). The only heater was literally held together with a piece of cardboard (see image), which, when we alluded to the fact that this was a fire hazard, was met with an effective "m’eh" by the owner. The "veranda" is a rain trap between two buildings decorated with local graffiti. You are not getting a veranda, even though that comes up on the...
