« I had a wonderful stay this week. The property was super clean, comfortable, and extremely quiet — exactly what I needed. It was also very convenient to get to local spots and meeting places, which made everything so easy during my stay. The hostess, Johana, was quick to respond and very accommodating with my requests. « I loved that they had dishes and body wash available for use . We got one assigned parking slot . The bed was kind of uncomfortable to sleep on and couch was hard . Furniture should be improved a little more . The rack in our wall was not installed right causing it to fall and dishes broke on the Floor. The lady who let us in was very understanding that we didn’t break anything and she communicated with me very respectfully and order new dishes . She was very nice and they allowed 18 year olds...

« Absolutely disgusted with the establishment as a whole. We arrived to a broken bed they refused to fix until the next day. I text. I emailed. I called SEVERAL TIMES OVER MULTIPLE PLATFORMS. Nails were sticking out. Walls were marked. Smoke detectors were chirping. Outside lights were hanging off. Shingles are missing. The previous person was absolutely right. Their attention to detail is ridiculous. They are a “good enough” stay. Their customer service is AWFUL!! I’m positive they will respond...
