« The front desk was very accommodating when I asked for a different room so my husband wouldn’t have to walk very far from the elevator. She found us a perfect room for his needs. The room was very clean, beds were comfortable and breakfast was good. Parking lot was nicely lit and outside property was very clean. I would recommend staying here. »

« You people advertised and CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD ONE RATE, AND WHEN I CHECKED IN OWNER SAID IT WAS WRONG AND CHARGED ME MORE THAN $20 MORE. PLEASE REFUND MY CREDIT CARD. »

« It seems with support animal I get stuck on the 4th floor!! I'm disabled!! One elevator out of service, ice maker doesn't work on the 4th floor, was awaken by loud banging at 2:30 after an exhausting drive. Unable to go back to sleep. Tried to get a cup of coffee at 4:30 they just started making it!! Breakfast is a joke. I've been coming here often 2 years. Your breakfast is lacking. No eggs this time but boiled???? Ok will be going somewhere else!!! »

« The staff here were amazing and very friendly. The first room we were given was a smoking room and had a strong smoke smell and when we asked to change rooms they were more than accommodating. »
