"Wir haben eine fantastische Villa erhalten für den Aufenthalt mit top Service! Auto sehr sinnvoll aufgrund der Lage. Das Hotel ging die extra Meile um auszubaden was Expedia veranstaltet hat... Miserable Erfahrung mit Expedia resp Hotels.com. Etliche Telefonate wurden abgebrochen. Auf Beschwerden keine Antwort erhalten."

"Das Hotel war super, alle waren sehr freundlich. Lediglich der Zimmerservice kam nicht sehr oft in unser Zimmer, Espressomaschine (was ich gut finde) wurde gar nicht aufgefüllt. Gründe dafür konnte ich nicht herausfinden. Ich finde die Getränke im Hotel sind etwas teuer, aber für das was angeboten wird, ist das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis gut."

"I would not agree with the hotel having 5 stars, I think it is a proper 4 star hotel. They lie about having a gym and a sauna: the gym is a 3x3 meters room that has 2 machines and that is it, useless to be honest, while the sauna is only accessible if you take a massage, which costs 80-500 eur depending on the massage. If you want to make use of a gym and a sauna during your vacation, this hotel does not have that option. In addition, our first night we did not have blinds in our room, so we woke up 6AM with the sun in our faces. During the first 4 nights the A/C in the room was not working properly and restarting to 28 degrees every approx 1 hour, so you woke up sweating every few minutes. They fixed this however after a few days when many guests complained. Everything else works fine, but I would not return, since it makes much more sense to go to a 4-star hotel that is priced as a 4-star hotel and has the amenities that it says it has."

"Wir waren zu viert mit einem Baby. Zuerst hatten wir eine Wohneinheit mit Pool. Es stand Wohnraum und 2 Schlafzimmer, doch es waren 3 offene Räume. Nicht geeignet mit Baby. Wir durften zum Glück nach 2 Nächten wechseln. Die Badezimmer waren leider an beiden Orten nicht sehr sauber, im zweiten hatte es sogar Schimmel am Badewannenrand. Und der Whirlpool draussen war absolut unbrauchbar. Der zweite Pool war super. Das Buffet war gut, wurde aber nach 5 Tagen langweilig. Das Personal war sehr freundlich."
