„Over all excellent, only thing they may include laudry for the guests“

„It was good experience.“

„Place was nice, hosts were respectful and responsive.Just a warning though, it has the same problem as most basement spaces though, the bedroom is right under a high traffic area so be aware.I had ear plugs and it was fine“

„As advertised. Right down to the pool table. Rack up this place. It’s amazing“

„The day before we were to check in the host contacted us to cancel. We were offered a different room that was inadequate for our needs at the same price. We requested a full refund instead and have not heard back from the host since.“

„Was very clean I had a shower it was amazing awesome shower head it's was peaceful convenient would definitely stay again reasonable price to match“

„A+“

„Super clean and convenient location. Host very helpful checking in with us and making sure we didn’t need anything.“

„Excellent stay and host. Highly recommend.“

„Although we were only there to sleep, it was hard getting to sleep due to all the noise upstairs. We never received a key or a WI-FI code.A few finishing touch's are still needed. The last thing no top sheet on bed...“

„It's a family-friendly, very cozy basement space. Host was very communicable, only thing that will truly make this experience excellent is to have a check-in and check-out checklist, not mandatory but helpful for sure. Location makes several places walkable which we appreciated.“
