Cons: I walked into a unit that was not clean I took mulitple pictures and sent to the owner. The owner refunded the cleaning fees but regardless i had to clean the unit myself. Everything you can possibly require for use in a home was available. In addition, the amenities at hand was a wonderful bonus.
