« There’s no electric plug for CPAP machines. I had to get down on my hands and knees to unplug the alarm clock and use an extension cord for the two CPAP machines we travel with. I had to wait 20 minutes for my suite to be ready despite arriving a full hour after 4 pm check in allowed. « Breakfast was very good, great variety. My only complaint is about the coffee machine, it takes to long for a cup to be made and a line backs up, especially if; like me, you’re getting a cup for more than yourself. I liked the pump thermos better. »

« The carpeting in the stairwell could have used a thorough shampoo. The guests in the room next to ours were quite noisy, staying up past 3 a.m. I also called within the hour after checking out to report that I had left my swimsuit hanging in the bathroom. The man who had been on duty during our stay assured me he would set it aside for me, as I planned to return the following week to pick it up. « A bit run down. Bathtub looks like it has seen better days and the carpet could use a cleaning. Window curtains didn’t close all the way (my room was on the first floor by parking, so this did not make me happy.) Worst of all, the exterior door by the dumpsters doesn’t lock and the door to the first floor rooms was propped open. On the plus side, the towels were good and bed was comfortable. »

There’s an overwhelming smell that greets you as soon as you enter the building that sets the standard for the cleanliness of the rest of the stay that is to come:The linens from the towels to the sheets had stains throughout. Paint chipping off the wall in the bathroom and what I could only imagine was grease stains from previous guest on the barely filled toiletries in the shower. « The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff super accommodating. The entrance is poorly marked and the parking lot entrance is in need of repair. Our stay was perfect for what we needed- comfortable bed and nice clean bathroom 😊 they even had some snacks available at the front desk! »

« This has to be the filthiest hotel we've ever stayed at. Do they even own a vacuum? Garbage cans overflowing for 2 days at the breakfast area.
