« It was unique, a little hip/funky, beautiful, comfortable and well-situated in the middle of downtown Florence. I note that I could hear the bar and music, but the bar closed around 10:00, when I went to bed. It took a little while to get hot water, but then it was fine. There needs to be better instructions to operate the (useful!) electronic devices & it would help to tell people that registration is at the bar. »

« We had a fantastic stay overall and would definitely return! The hotel was beautiful, clean, and the service was excellent. Everything from check-in to check-out was smooth and well-handled. The only minor issue we had was with the sheets — they were clearly clean, but there were some visible stains. While we understand that some stains don’t come out even after washing, it might be worth swapping out linens that are noticeably marked to maintain the high standard the rest of the hotel...
