„Helpful and friendly staff. But not much around it“

„The room was very clean and the staff was kind. The only drawback is that there is no microwave in the room, but other than that, the room was perfect.“

„This is a good value for travelers. Clean, quiet and overlooks a lovely little lake with walking path. We travel To Huntsville often to see our kiddos and have stayed all Over the county. We will be returning to Hampton Suites for certain!“

„The property was easily accessible. I travel for work. I told the front desk as I was leaving, it was one of my best experiences! I travel to Huntsville several times a year. I will absolutely want to stay there again and recommend to others!“

„Sehr schönes und sauberes Hotel, freundliches Personal. Schöne Zimmer und gutes Frühstück “

„The room was very clean! The breakfast was good!“

„My room was not fully clean. There were stains in the toilet and had dirty water sitting in the tub. I ran into housekeeping and asked them to clean the tub as at the time that was all I saw once checked in. I did not see the dirty toilet until later. Staff needs to pay attention to detail in the cleaning department. I understand the need to turn over a room quickly but leaving things dirty and unsanitized is unacceptable.“

Leider ...

„Nichts besonderes, Standard was zu erwarten war. Hatten dunkles Zimmer zum Treppenhaus. Keine 2 Zimmer in nähe möglich obwohl lange hebucht. Hatten schon besseres zu günstigerem Preis.“

„Clean and the staff was polite and helpful.“

„Nice location“

„Halt! Stop! Aber beim Einchecken in diesem Hotel sagte man mir: "sorry, Sir, there's no booking for you! We can't help any further!"
