« We found the hotel to be conveniently located for our needs. We enjoyed the hot breakfast as well as the “kickback” event on the evenings. »

« Bathrooms were clean and stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. There were hooks to hang the wet towels and plenty of space to place all my bags without having to put them on the floor. Felt safe with the gated parking and front doors lock after hours with key access only. Nothing was broken in the room and the beds were extremely comfortable with firm and soft pillow options. Breakfast was good with a lot of options and the flavor of the coffee hit the spot. I will be staying here...

« Nice property aesthetically but there was instances of dirt in my room. On the sheet and the ice Bucket top had residue of dirt. »

« Got to the hotel to check in only to find out that the pool was closed. Four days with kids and no pool, no way. Lady at the desk was very rude as of I broke the pool. Still trying to get my money back! »

« Some things in our room (107) could get some maintenance (some hangers in the bathroom). Other than that, all was great. »

« The hotel was minutes away from the airport, which was very convenient for us. Many restaurants and stores nearby. The property was clean, and the staff were all nice. Plenty of free parking space. We will definitely be staying here again whenever we come back to San Antonio. »

« I have to say, the night shift receptionist was the nicest, kindest person ever. In all the hotels we’ve ever stayed at, she treated us the best. She was very professional and made sure we were attended right away and was so sweet. I would stay here again just because of she treated my family and I. I didn’t get her name but she has short hair. »

« Loved our room, bed was comfortable. The front desk lady wasn’t the kindest . No luggage carts to be found as we looked for hours to bring up a heavy luggage. The lady at the bar was the best as she found a cart for us. Swimming pool hand rail was broken as the hot tub rail which is dangerous. Only 3 lounges in the pool area no chairs. Washer and dryers are in a closet, could definitely have another set on another floor. »

« The shuttle service is perfect: quick and convenient, 24h. The breakfast was delicious, hot wafles, omelettes and toasts, among others. The check out is at noon, which makes it much easier than the usual 11h am. Our only problems were with the special requests we had made through expedia that had not been checked by the hotel, so we had no baby crib and no sheets for the sofa bed when we arrived. »

« For a Hilton-owned property, I was taken aback by the worn-out furniture and dated rooms. The furniture in the junior suite exudes an 80s vibe and appears to have undergone numerous renovations. Upon entering the lobby, the oppressive heat and stuffiness immediately hit me. I must also mention that a few of the front desk staff members were less than pleasant. Their unprofessional behavior, such as rolling their eyes and making comments about callers, left a sour taste in my mouth. The parking...
