House is clean but very dated and dark. One bed was broken and I had to put a 5 gallon bucket under it to keep my disabled spouse from falling off. At least two of the beds should be replaced. Plastic under the dining room table was a trip hazard. We ended up rolling it up out of the walkway. Be careful. We did have a situation that I parked an RV near the barn where they advertised to park any trailers. I did use a 120v outlet to power my lights. Talked to the owner on the phone during our stay about this being there and she said she was okay with it but then got charged an extra 150 when I returned home. Not once was that mentioned in our phone conversation two days before. I could have run off generator or parked it elsewhere but I wanted to be close to my adult kids who I rented the place for and there is plenty of room to park here. In the end Alamosa is limited and it’s really hard to find good value. As the saying goes “it is what it is!”
