« Le plus problématique à était la communication avec l'hébergeur avant le séjour. Les informations nécessaires à l'enregistrement ont été communiquées uniquement deux jours avant notre arrivée. Il est aussi pratiquement impossible d'avoir quelqu'un au téléphone et les échanges par mail ont été très lents. Donc si vous avez des questions essayer de mettre un maximum d'éléments dans votre mail. Aussi, le règlement de la caution se fait via PayPal. Concernant: Le logement rien à dire ce dernier...

« We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious condo. It was very spacious, spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we could possibly need, including an in-suite washer and dryer. The location was great - quick to downtown Canmore and also easy access to Banff National Park.We would love to stay in this condo again in the future. »

« My sisters and I did a girls trip and We absolutely loved our stay here. The condo was Beautiful. The rooms were nice and comfortable. The 2 full bathrooms was a plus. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would ever need from appliance right down to cooking/serving utensils and bakeware. The underground parkade was a bonus. The host was great to communicate with and check in and out was seamless. The condo also has a great spa, gym and hot /cold therapy facility that we can’t wait...
