The place was beautiful, spotless, and incredibly well-equipped with everything you could think of from board games and a Wii to Netflix. The open kitchen was lovely, and the space had tons of natural light, which made it feel even more welcoming. I would absolutely love to stay here again in the future and would highly recommend it to anyone.“

„The home is smaller that it appears in the VRBO listing. The bathrooms seemed clean, but the rest of home was not very clean. There was dust in the corners, spider webs and ants at the back entrance. The home has been well used since the VRBO photos were taken, and it could use some painting and TLC. The yard was weedy and has not been cleaned up since last fall.“

„We had a perfect stay in lake Sylvan. Perfect location for days at the beach. The house also offered a board game cabinet and puzzles which the kids enjoyed a lot in quiet times. Condiments in the fridge and shared cupboard eased our cooking.“

„The cottage served our large 3-generational family group very well for our Christmas vacation. Upstairs, the bunk bed room and the two beautiful master suites (each with their own bathrooms) was ideal for multi-family use, providing ample space & privacy. The main floor provided large bright open spaces for all of us to gather for cooking, dinning, TV, games etc. We especially appreciated the large mudroom/entry with lots of closet space to accommodate all our winter gear. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free, and the host was easy to contact and kindly allowed us an earlier check-in, which we really appreciated. The cottage is run down, with a large burn on the dining room table, holes in the sitting room ottoman, and a worn out couch that we all found incredibly uncomfortable. Lack of comfortable seating was the worst part of the stay - either one sits on the worn out couch, or the hard dining room table chairs.
