„The plus side is that the Hotel is very close to the Casino Complex, very friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was ok for me , everything what you need in the morning. The minus points are, that my room key was never working properly and I had to run up and down a few times. The windows are very thin so you can hear everything. But all in all a good hotel. “

„Airplane Spottertrip Johannesburg wonderful again, I stayed 5 nights in Birchwood Hotel and enjoyed very much everything. A quite nice room Nr 925 for only 50 swissfrancs including a huge nice breakfast buffett from 6h in the morning. Thank you for the nice big eggomelette very well done. All the staff in the hotel very kind and the free hotel shuttle with the nice drivers also excellent. I really recommend this beautiful hotel resort to everyone. I will return again.“

„Very friendly staff, very polite! Specially mention to Zachariah who was very engaging with recommendations of various locations to visit. Also one team member who although was just finishing his night shift, patiently kept the lift doors open while I finished my conversation with his colleague a reception. Great customer service!“

„ Try nice hotel 10 min away from the airport. New renovated rooms and very friendly stuff. Great breakfast. One minus for the loudness at night because of the road. “

„The place is nice and quite new. Transport to the airport and breakfast were included. The room was quite small and did not have air condition. That makes it quite hot in summer. The TV in the room would only show the DSTV channel that was running in the dinning area. So if someone changed the TV channel there, it changed in our room as well.“
