Limited hot water available for showers to accommodate all sleepers. Limited seating in the living family room. Sleeps 14 guests- seating to suit only about 6-8 people.Upon arrival- sheet of ice leading up to door entry way and steps to enter the house. Very challenging / dangerous/ and inconsiderate for unloading and getting children into the home. One roll of paper towels provided for 12 guests, 3 day stay. One of the questions asked prior to arrival if paper products would be provided. Basement was dark/ old/ musty. Inaccurate depiction of photos - very deceiving. Bedroom sheets / comforters were used and not previously washed. Hair was found on the sheets and bedding. Piece of chewed gum was placed on top of one of the bunk beds. False eyelashes were left behind on the carpet in the living room. Master Bathroom- a broken hand towel holder was left placed on the bathroom counter top in the master bedroom. Shower curtain liner was molded across the bottom. Blue toothpaste stains were also splattered on the shower curtain. Hallway bathroom was neat and tidy.
