It was a relaxing pleasant stay. Clean, peaceful. The evening walk was safe. The neighbor is a police officer. Peacocks were a joy in the morning. A must book!

Pretty good location behind the Pueblo Indian Cultural Center, a Native Cuisine Restaurant and attached museum and gift shop that I highly recommend. The restaurant has also now opened a location inside the ABQ airport! The location is also conveniently located near highways for ease of access to anyone traveling on toward Santa Fe, the Pueblos, Gallup, etc… only drawback was the AC unit, for summer stayers. The AC works well enough, but since it was off for most of the day before my arrival, it took a full day to cool the place down. This would have gone better had I known initially that a table fan was available on the floor between the washer and the hot water heater, hidden in the back room with the laundry/utilities area and cleaning supplies. Unfortunately since I arrived tired and late on my first day, I had to sleep on the couch the first night in the living room, as the AC vent points directly to the living room, and the bedroom would not cool down until I placed the fan in there on day 2 to help circulate air. Otherwise the decor and furnishings were pretty nice, and I would stay here again in the future if available.

The place is in a very nice neighborhood. Also it was very clean and had everything I needed. The place was perfect for my needs and I will definitely be back.

Adequate

Property is in a nice, quiet neighorhood. The courtyard was not as nice for my dogs as I expected based on other reviews and the gate does not lock. I could not get into the property the 1st night because the code didn't work and getting in touch with the property managers was a painful process. I was also told that I would be reimbursed for that night because I clearly didn't stay there as I could not get in but that never came through. This was my 1st experience with VRBO and I'd have to think hard before I did it again. I would also probably stick to properties with onsite management. Just my experience probably works fine for others.

As described!

This was one of the best rentals I have ever had. Check in process was easy. Communication was clear and consistent. The property was well appointed and clean. I’ve stayed at a number of rentals and this is the one I would hands down stay at again. I have no complaints! Parking was convenient, location was convenient, neighborhood was nice! If you do a lot of cooking it might not be the place for you because there isn’t a stove, but it was the perfect space for me. The hey do have an air fryer and microwave and breakfast station so quick meals or reheats are doable. The only minor recommendation I have would be for an anti slip mat in the shower and maybe those silicone bumpers for the walls behind doors. But that is minor! Clean, comfortable, convenient. Highly recommend!

Clean, well thought out, in a great location. description indicated that there was a kitchen, so we expected a stove top…Kitchen has a great refrigerator, sink an air fryer and other appliances, but no stove top. We didn’t notice in the photos before we booked.

Cute Casita

We enjoyed this little place. Very clean. The bed is comfortable and this is just the right size rental for 2 people. Well stocked kitchen. It would be helpful to have the switches labeled. We struggled a little with the AC but heater worked nicely.

Great little spot close to everything

This was a great place and a great stay. My only issue was that it was really hot inside and the AC/swamp cooler was already off for the season. Otherwise everything was great!

Peacocks Galore!

This was just the right size for the two of us and the dog. The washer and dryer was wonderful to have. The TV was a bust for us due to the fact that we're an older couple and don't have channel subscriptions that we use, so that's on us. The peacocks are gorgeous and they're everywhere. We really did enjoy staying here.

Sweet Little Itsy Bitsy Beryl

We attended a conference at the Albuquerque Convention Center and wanted a pet-friendly VRBO in a safe area nearby. The Itsy Bitsy Beryl did not disappoint! The owners did a fantastic job of communicating and provided an awesome link with all the information we needed to help make our stay enjoyable. Even though it's a one-bedroom casita, it is roomy and spacious. The bed was comfortable, the linens were outstanding, the bathroom was a nice size, and the kitchen was well organized. In addition, the bath was well-stocked with toiletries, and the kitchen had nice supplies including coffee, water, and treats! The private patio was precious and perfect for our dogs. We look forward to staying here again in the future!

Casita in ABQ

We enjoyed our stay at the casita. We were in ABQ to visit family and the location was perfect for us in a quiet neighborhood. Only two things that I noticed (my husband sleeps soundly and it didn't bother him) was the heater was kind of loud. Also, would have liked a shade or curtain to close in the kitchen. As we drove up at night you could see clearly into the front room. Other than that it was nicely decorated and very clean and comfy.
