Great location
The house is in a great spot for visiting the family we were in Albury to see, and close to town. Clean and tidy with everything we needed as advertised. Would definitely stay again. Owner very easy to communicate with. :)

Friends catchup
Clairmont Central is a comfortable, homely place to stay. It is well equipped with all that we needed. Located not far from the centre of town. It is on a busy road however which could be sleep disturbing.

Alright for a stopover
We stayed one night on our journey from Melb to Sydney. 2 adults and 2 kids under 5 in a 3 bdrm house . Back of house had a bdrm with 2 singles connected to room with Queen size bed. Front bedroom was massive with ?King bed. Bed's were nicely made and linen was clean. The house itself was very cold on arrival - timber floors and no central heating but split system in the lounge room soon warmed the front of house. The bdrms at the back of the house were cold with a small oil heater and small fan heater not able to do much other than remove some of the chill from the room. Kids slept through the night however using bedding and throws provided by the house. 1 toilet at the back of the house which was very cold to visit with separate basin/shower quite a journey away. Bathrooms were clean. There were a few repair issues - toilet roll holder on the wall broken and removed, light globe in main TV room not working, dirty and minimal crockery/glassware/servingware, no dishwashing liquid provided - we didn't realise until we'd returned late after dinner so had to wash dishes using hand soap which wasnt ideal. Hand soap and cleaning products were provided so perhaps empty or missing dishwashing detergent wasn't noticed. House in good location, although neighbours behind were quite loud and noisy on arrival and we worried the kids wouldnt sleep but they quietened down. Owner very communicative and allowed us to check-in early by request. Comfortable enough stay

Beautiful period house
Lovely and comfortable property which was spotless. We were made very welcome & the owners have thought of everything, down to books and a baby's highchair & baby bath. A very short drive to the town centre. Just remember to pull the bathroom windows down as it looks straight out into the dining area!! Loved our stay & wish it could be longer. Thank you for having us.

The number of beds was a little confusing in the add as it appeared there was 3 double beds/2singles
Thank you Niocole. Could only have been better if two toilets. Otherwise all good. Thank you. We left in a bit of a rush and bit distressed with funeral to go to. So I hope all was left as requested.

Nice older home, partially renovated
We arrived late at night (due to a medical emergency which delayed our departure). We had been given a door code but couldn't find anywhere to use it. Fortunately the people who live in the property behind were able to tell us where to find a spare key. The property has some nice period features and a modern kitchen and bathroom. The third bedroom is very small with dark brick walls and windows high up. Was okay for us as we were only staying 3 nights. There is another unit close behind this house (on same block) and we experienced some DIY noise from that property. The property was generally very clean, although we did find a used nappy underneath one of the beds in the third bedroom. Overall, it served our purposes as somewhere to stay for the long weekend.

Quaint central cottage with everything you need
House was located in good central location close to hospital and TAFE. Property was well maintained and had a real old real charm lacking in sterile motel rooms. We only needed a bed for the night but it offered all we could ever require. Communication after booking was quick and friendly. Would stay again when we’re down in Albury.
