Herzlich Willkommen im The Ledges Resort & Marina! Wir befinden uns in der St. Lawrence River gegenüber Boldt Castle. Wir haben Blick auf die Burg, den versunkenen Felsleuchtturm und den Hauptschifffahrtskanal. Wir haben Decks, Docks, Hängematten und Pavillons. Sie eignen sich hervorragend zum Beobachten von Schiffen oder zum Angeln. Wir haben den Pool im Erdgeschoss neu renoviert. Es gibt Feuerstellen im Freien, an denen Sie sich unter dem Sternenhimmel aufwärmen können. Wir liefern sogar das Brennholz! Es gibt viele offene Rasenflächen, auf denen Sie Fangen, Rasenspiele spielen oder einfach spazieren gehen können.

Das Ledges bietet einen ruhigen Zufluchtsort mit einem 6 Hektar großen angelegten Grundstück am Wasser. Obwohl das Gelände Privatsphäre und viel Platz bietet, befinden wir uns nicht an einem abgelegenen Ort. Die Innenstadt ist schnell und einfach zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir sind nah an allen Attraktionen. Bei den Ledges haben Sie das Beste aus beiden Welten; Entspannung und Bequemlichkeit!

Das Harbour House ist ein Haus mit 3 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern. Es ist eigentlich ein schwimmendes Häuschen! Wenn Sie ein eigenes Boot haben oder eines mieten, können Sie es direkt vor Ihrem Wohnzimmer festmachen! Es gibt ein Deck rund um die Hütte auf der unteren Ebene. Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über einen Balkon mit Blick auf das Boldt-Schloss. Es ist ein großartiger Ort zum Fischen oder einfach nur zum Entspannen und Genießen des Flusses.

Obergeschoss: Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett. Der Balkon bietet einen spektakulären Blick auf das Boldt Castle und den Sunken Rock Lighthouse. Das zweite Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss verfügt über 2 Doppelbetten. Das Badezimmer im Obergeschoss verfügt über eine Duschkabine.

Unten: Es gibt einen großen Eingang. Dies führt zum Schlafzimmer, Bad und Wohnzimmer / Küche im Erdgeschoss. Das Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss verfügt über ein Doppelbett. Das Badezimmer hat eine Badewanne und eine Dusche. Der Wohnbereich ist mit der Küche kombiniert. Die Küche verfügt über einen großen Herd / Backofen, einen großen Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, eine Mikrowelle, eine Kaffeemaschine und einen Geschirrspüler. Es hat alle neuen Kochutensilien, Töpfe, Pfannen, Gläser und Geschirr. Es ist voll ausgestattet. Es gibt einen Esstisch mit Platz für 6 Personen. Das Wohnzimmer bietet einen schönen Blick auf den Fluss. Es gibt französische Türen, die sich zum Deck öffnen. Das Deck ist mit einem Esstisch, Stühlen und einem Gasgrill ausgestattet.

Luxus Shampoo, Conditioner und Handseife werden von Beekman 1802 geliefert. Die Betten sind mit frischer Bettwäsche bezogen. Badetücher, Handtücher und Waschlappen sind ebenfalls vorhanden.

Alles ist vorbereitet und bereit, um Ihren Urlaub entspannt und komfortabel zu gestalten. Bring dich einfach mit!

Great stay on the water!

We had a great stay in this cottage, on the water, overlooking the St Lawrence Seaway! Well appointed and great host who even carried our bags to the cottage. Fun, unique experience. That home actually floats on the water in at the mouth of a protected harbor. Enjoyed the very slight rocking motion. I highly recommend!

Wonderful Getaway Weekend

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Harbor House! The house was beautiful and clean, and perfectly positioned on the water next to a marina. We loved sitting on the back deck watching the boats come in and out. There was plenty of greenspace surrounding the house to have a fire, play lawn games, run around or simply relax and enjoy the view. The pool was very well-kept and clean, and was very refreshing on such a hot weekend. Nick and Amy were excellent hosts - they were always available in an instant if we needed anything, but still gave us our privacy. They thought of everything for the house - pots, pans, utensils, toiletries, DELICIOUS coffee, and even gave us a bottle of wine for the bride-to-be. I would definitely recommend staying at any house at Ledges.

The cottage and grounds were not well maintained. Many windows in the cottage glass was cracked and taped. Refrigerator was very old and the bedrooms need new mattresses. Many spiders inside of the cottage. Toilet upstairs would not flush. For the amount of money you pay these items all should be addressed. An abandoned old Mercedes parked right next to the pool. Left actually a day early. If these items were fixed I would change to four stars.

Heaven is hours away!

My wife and I couldn't have been more pleased with the property grounds or the the lodgings! And having our dog along with us just made the vacation More Family Friendly. ( Our leashed dog loved trying to chase the squirrels!!!...it gave us a workout!) The housing was immaculate and we really appreciated how cool the air conditioner and the ceiling fan made those hot humid nights so bearable. Thank you Nick and Amy for also quickly responding to ANY request we made. Will be returning for sure!!

Nicely kept property with very attentive owners

Great family vacation in super location with great views of the thousand island region. The property is very well kept, from a very clean house, to the large grounds that was great for walking the dog; nightly campfires; or heading into town (10 minute walk to Alex Bay). Our jet skis were just outside our front door, and our family really enjoyed the trip to one of the more beautiful areas of NYS. The owners were very attentive to answering questions and addressing any needs. It seemed as though someone from their staff was on the grounds available anytime. great views of the waterway!

We were there on one of the hottest weeks of the year: July 4th. The air in the living room just couldn't keep up. I loved being able to cook and hang with all of the kids and grand kids, jump in the boat and go to the different islands right from our own dock. The staff and owners are super nice, even helped us unload our truck into the cottage. We stay all over the country and have never had that kind of help. Amy is especially nice. One little issue was the sewer smell from the nearby marina but that was only the last night. Worth the stay!!!!

Great (albeit rainy!) trip

The cottage was perfect for what we were looking for. Right on the water - very quiet! I was nervous about being so close to the marina, but that was absolutely not an issue! We were able to pull our boat rental right up to the dock that was at the back door of the cottage. Could not get any more convenient! The cottage was basic, but clean and plenty of space for our family of 6!

Excellent way to experience the 1000 Islands

We had a great experience at the Ledges resort. We stayed at the waterfront cottage named the "lighthouse" , and the views could not be better. These units are located in a marina. We had fun just watching all of the beautiful boats going in/out, in addition to the sights on the St. Lawrence. We we go back to this area, we will stay here again.

Loved it, Loved it, Loved it !!!!

What a wonderful week at the Ledges. We stayed at Harbor House and being right on the water near the marina was awesome. We enjoyed sitting on the deck facing the river from morning coffee to our dinners. We even had campfires s few nights. The firewood was furnished. Great sightseeing with wildlife and boats and ships of all sizes. Beautiful sunsets over the castle. The rental had everything you would need. All rooms were comfortable. Nick and Amy were always available if you needed anything. Thoroughly enjoyed it for a sibling vacation. We did all the touristy things you would expect. Lots to do and see. Beautiful area of NYS. I would definitely recommend this location, especially the Harbor House.

Awesome place!

Absolutely loved the lighthouse on the water! It was perfect for our family of 6. Very nice nautical theme tastefully minimalistic. Has everything we needed! Fun family time by fire pits and solo time on hammocks. Dockage for our pontoon right in front of the house. Quiet and peaceful... We plan on returning to the St Lawrence river and this place is at the top of the list!

The Lighthouse at The Ledges

We enjoyed a long weekend at The Lighthouse. The accommodations were great. The house was clean, the beds were comfortable and the amenities can't be beat. From the moment we pulled in, the staff (Ainsley) was there to help us move ourselves in. Several trips were made and that was appreciated. Check in and out was seamless. We rented a boat for a day and docked it in front, again very convenient...and cool! Nights in front of a well stock fire pit, were wonderful. The Ledges is also convenient by it's proximity to Alex Bay, a nice walk or a short drive away. We vacation together each year, visiting different places around the state. We all agreed The Lighthouse was by far the nicest place we have stayed in! Nick & Amy are great hosts! Highly recommended!

My husband and I loved Harbor House. It is clean, comfortable, and -best of all- right on the water, with a beautiful view toward the river. Loved the slight rocking of the house when the big ships went by. It is amazing to be able to dock your boat right to your house!

Amazing Stay in the Bay!

My entire immediate family (9 adults and 1 toddler) all stayed at The Ledges for a end-of-summer vacation over labor day weekend. It could not have been more wonderful! The amenities were impeccable, updated, and very clean. This is definitely saying something as many places are stuck in time in the Bay (that time usually being the 80s). Every single one of us could not get over how comfortable all of the beds were. The pool was very clean and we loved that it was not over chlorinated, making it the perfect place to go swimming when we didn't feel like taking the boat out. We especially loved that we didn't need to bring our own firewood as it was always provided and stacked by the pits ready to go. Also, the harbor houses are right on a floating dock! The houses do sway a little, but nothing too crazy. This location made for amazing views of the river was very convenient when we wanted to tour Boldt Castle as it was only a 5 minute boat ride. Amazing! As for our hosts, Nick and Amy were very accommodating and always easy to reach by phone. My family and I will definitely be back!

Great Girlfriend Vacation

Six college girlfriends, over the age of sixty just had a fantastic few days in Harbor House! Basically a houseboat, yes it does rock very slightly sometimes, it is situated on a cove, with ducks, geese, herons, and beautiful boats. There are three bedrooms with very comfortable beds. The bedroom on the first floor relies on the living room wall air conditioner for coolness so a small fan for that room might help but should not be a deal breaker. The rest of the house was very cool. The house is very cozy but comfortable with tasteful furnishings and a very nice widescreen TV. But why watch television when you can sit on a wonderful deck and watch the activity on the river, including large cargo freighters. Gorgeous sunsets and glimpses of the castle. The grounds are open with fire pits and wood is provided and lovely flowers. Perfect areas for kids to play. Harbor House is not far from shops and restaurants. Nick and Amy could not be nicer or more helpful. They made this easy! We are already planning a return trip!

Stress Free

Our family rented the Harbor House and it was great. Walk right out on the deck and have your boat right there is just perfect. The property is beautiful and clean. Its close enough for a short walk or boat trip to Alex Bay for dinner or activities. My family had a great time. The owners are very responsive to making your stay top notch. We will return.

Wonderful family vacation!

My family and I rented the Harbor House at Ledges Resort and Marina for the Memorial Day holiday. The house was very clean and fully furnished. The grounds were well maintained and we enjoyed the convenience of docking our boat right outside the house. I would recommend Ledges Resort and Marina to anyone.

LOVED Harbor House!!

We found the Harbor House at The Ledges absolutely perfect for our group of three couples and two dogs. Being directly on (in) the water was a perfect way to experience the Thousand Islands. The cottage had everything we needed and was nicely decorated. Sitting on the deck watching the birds, ducks and boats was a great way to spend down time from exploring the area. The expansive lawn and friendly owners added to the perfect stay. We will definitely stay at The Ledges again!!

Peaceful, Relaxing and Beautiful

The Ledges is an absolutely beautiful and serene property. Nick & Amy were wonderful hosts who went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and pampered during my stay. If you are looking to escape the hustle and bustle of life and relax on the river, this is the place to stay!

Great location, beautiful rooms, will stay at The Ledges again

This place is a dream. Alex Bay is a beautiful area, and The Ledges is perfect. Right on the river, and close enough to walk into town. Your cabin is your own little private getaway -- a few of them are actually floating above the water with a view of Boldt Castle from your room. Your room is taken care of, clean, comfortable, and uniquely decorated. You'll sleep like a baby as the water laps gently against the pier. In the morning, you'll brew a cup of joe, step outside your door and wave to folks sailing by. The river itself offers a ton of options for activities (boating, jet-skiing, hiking and more), and the marina is steps from your room. The owners at The Ledges are a kind and trustworthy couple that have poured their life into their property; they will make it their mission to ensure you have everything you need to enjoy your stay. The resort regulars are friendly and helpful too - the Ledges has been around for years, and you'll see why people keep coming back to make more memories.
