Kitchen is adequate. 10-15 min. walk to Metro (depending where you're going). A few resturants/bar within walking distance. Balcony was great to hang out on after sightseeing, but could use fresh cushions. Neighborhood is safe, friendly. There is a lot of street noise at all hours - didn't bother us, but could be a problem for light sleepers. Host was quick to respond...

« We went for police memorial week. It was the perfect distance from all the attractions we were looking for. Able to attend all police memorial events with no problems. Parking was a little tough on the street however we were able to find a parking lot within walking distance. Great place to stay very clean and it was relatively quiet in the neighborhood. Would absolutely stay here again. »

« The place was very cozy with lots of special touches. The host had included several amenities in case we had forgotten anything at home. The coffee bar was excellent! The unit was conveniently located and we were able to walk to the grocery store and the metro link. We even had some trouble getting on the wifi so I contacted the host and the issue was resolved within a short amount of time. »

« Overall great property and host. Had an issue with the A/C host came over at 8:30 pm to check it out and put in a portable unit and gave us a partial refund for the inconvenience. »
