„We absolutely loved our time at Evergreen! The condo was stunning and spacious for our family of 5 (3 tweens ages 11-12). Remarkably clean. Beds and linens were comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed, even spices and k- cups. It was over 100 degrees during our stay and the a/c was fantastic. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony as it stormed. „This place had everything we needed. They had beach towels shovels for the kids bikes, security at the house outside shower to wash yourself as well as your items from the beach. They have their beach blankets. They had toys, games, icemaker, dishwasher, toiletries, sewing kit. They provided laundry detergent. There’s a wash washer and dryer two balconies to go outside paper towels, a whole set of all kinds of dishware from wine glasses to simple cereal bowls, pizza cutters, and the bathrooms ...

The condo it was up three stories of stairs and the main bedroom and bathroom was down stairs which wasn’t ideal with two young children. The walls were pretty thin as we could hear pretty much everything our neighbor was doing as I’m sure they heard us as well which left us constantly trying to be on our p&q’s.
