Welcome to Marsh Inn — your waterfront escape on the beautiful St. Clair River waterways.

This fully renovated 3-bedroom, 2-bath home sits directly on the marsh with water on two sides, giving you peaceful views, abundant wildlife and a true waterfront experience. Start your morning with coffee on the deck overlooking the Crystal clear water with and watch the sunrise, abundant fish species and passing wildlife right outside.

Marsh Inn comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests. Upstairs are two bright, vaulted bedrooms, each with a queen bed, ample closet space and blackout curtains. The two rooms share a connecting full bathroom. Downstairs is a private bedroom with an XL twin trundle bed and a second full bathroom.

The home has a fully equipped kitchen with new appliances, a coffee and tea station, electric kettle, basic spices and cooking essentials. You’ll also have Wi-Fi, smart TV, air conditioning and heat, washer and dryer, USB-C charging in all three bedrooms, fresh linens and plenty of extra blankets and pillows.

Outside is where Marsh Inn really shines. Relax on the waterfront deck, grill dinner on the propane grill or simply sit and enjoy the clear water and marsh views. Bring your kayaks and paddle beneath the low bridge to explore the other side of the marsh. Boaters can reach the North Channel in approximately 20 minutes at no-wake speed, with a straight run and no additional bridge to pass beneath.

We provide thoughtful extras including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, makeup towels, hair dryer, bottled water, snacks, binoculars, cards and cozy throw blankets.

A few things to know: This is a true marsh setting, so mosquitoes and the occasional spider are part of waterfront life. We routinely treat the exterior to help keep them under control. The property has open water with no fence along the shoreline, so children should be closely supervised.

Parking at the home is limited to 2 vehicles. Additional vehicles, boats or trailers can be accommodated at a separate location approximately 2 miles away.
