You'll find the hiking trail "Rota Vicentina" on your doorstep where you can start your adventure on various hikes straight away.

A variety of restaurants and cafes are around the corner.

Other beaches such as Monte Clerigo or Amoreira are just a few mins away by car.

The house is renovated and has very modern and stylish interior.

We have a handy surfboard shack at the front to store boards, wetsuits and beach equipment.

The open living room-kitchen area is very cosy and has direct access to the terrace.

In the colder months, relax and enjoy in front of  the roaring fire place.

The kitchen is fully equipped.

You'll also find a guest WC on the ground floor.

The house offers a big basement with a ping pong and soccer table.

Upstairs there are two bedrooms with double beds, big wardrobes and a private balcony with sea & land views.

The bathroom with shower & bathtub is on the same floor.

On the top floor you'll access the roof terrace which invites you to chill, do sports or simply enjoy the incredible views over the ocean and green landscape.
