« Room smelt of dogs, upon enquiring i was informed previous occupant had dog. External of property very run down and in need of refurbishment ie windows rotten, walls cracked, gutters blocked, in need of repaint etc. Internal was not maintained windows of course as external (rotten) several would not open others would not close, imitation roof beams in breakfast room where just pine screwed to ceiling obviously because the screw holes hadnt been filled also gap between ceiling and beams, what a...
