« This is a great place to stay for a couple; the house is small but cozy. We really enjoyed our stay, and would consider staying here again. This is more like a 4.5 star rating. There were a few things that kept this from being a 5 star review: bathroom shower was incredibly small. Also the towel rack needed to be screwed in tighter, it was starting to come off the wall. Bathroom could also use a new paint job. The coffeemaker likely needs replacing..the inside of the reservoir looked pretty bad....

« We really liked staying here! It was SO close to the beach & also to a trolley stop. The house was so cute, very clean & modern inside. It looks way better inside than outside. One complaint I have is that the door is opened by a lock code/keypad. Once you’re inside, there are 2 locks you can turn but they don’t lock the door from the inside. This was an issue with small kids because there really isn’t a way to lock in. The kids can just turn the handle & the door opens up. It’s a little scary...

« Cute decor inside with tv and amenities for cooking. Nice beach/bath towels. Lots of room to spread out (we were 2) Good beach cart and beach chairs. Limited parking on weekends; the back door is frosted glass and is always reflecting lights from outside. The beach is either 1/2 mile to see sunsets and Siesta Key Beach is about 1 1/2 miles drive away. »

« We had a fantastic stay at this ground floor unit the first weekend of Dec! I was initially leary of a negative review, but Adam was very responsive and let me know he could be available quickly in person if I needed. The unit is small but met all of our needs. The property is great with access to view the bay right outside our door, or walk across the street to the gulf side beach area. We played pickleball onsite and used both pools and hot tub. « Malgré qu’il y ai des lits pour 4 personnes il n’y a que 3 chaises autour de la table. Il manque des cintres dans les garde-robes. Manque quelques ustensils. À part ces quelques inconvénients les lits sont très confortables (manque des tables de chevet dans la petite chambre) Et tout était impeccable »
