Studio accommodation is terrible. Broken elevators, mould in the bathrooms, furniture that needs to be replaced, zero cooking or washing facilities. The information provided on the website is misleading at best. Multiple amenities are run down and falling apart.

Unpleasant checked-in
I book hotel with a certain total amount including tax and service charge and choose pay at the hotel, during check-in i was asked to pay amount higher than agreed amount. Luckily i brought printed email confirmation and show the agreed amount. I was required to wait before the payment made.

provide basic cutleries
venue an accommodation is good. the only things to be upgrade is the condo facilities. price is not that cheap and its ok. but due to that, the management have to consider provide some basic cutleries or at least forks and spoons and plate used for eating or serving food. its a basic to be prepare if u stay in a fully furnish condo. please improve on that. the rest all is ok

Pleasant stay with family of small kids
We stayed at the dsavoy condo family room. The room is very clean and service is good. Except the breakfast area is further from you stay. About 5 minutes drive. The view is very nice facing the driving range. Will consider staying here again.

Generally it was good. But when I was there, there was road tarring works going on. That had affected my driving in and out of the condo I was staying in -Block 1. Why did it have to be done during that time (12/12/19)? Why not do it other time. Thank you.

We stayed in block 4 of condo del savour. Building was very old with paints flaking. One out of three lifts was shut down. Another lift malfunctioned during one of our ride up. Stuck in between floors. Rooms were spartan but clean. Pillow was too thick for me. We got a unit with worn out flooring and very old tube tv. The inclusive breakfast spread was fairly good. Location was ideal for the family to visit the various theme parks and a nice mall right next to it. However there is severe lack of dining options. Had to drive 15 minutes into Tampin town to get reasonable food.

Basically, we have booked the 2 bedrooms villa with swimming pool for 4 days 3 nights.The pictures on the website are definitely a "WOW" , even thou not really true to the picture but frankly the villa was beyond my expectation. Check-in was ok, Villa is clean, comfortable, swimming pool water can be very cold to swim in but the kids still jump in to enjoy themselves and as its outdoor , there will be dry leaves / bugs in them. There is also a jacuzzi which was ok for relax , water was cold too :) Breakfast is near the golfcourse and its about 10mins drive from villa to breakfast place. So its better to have your own transport if you are staying at the Villa as they are quite a distance away even thou i did see some signboard with the shuttle bus. Breakfast was ok but maybe the resort can provide more variety of fruits instead of only 1 type. Went to Old West, paid for the dinner along with the fun fair games etc, sorry to say its not worth going in there. Basically there is nothing much within A'Famosa Resort unless you are driving, you can drive to Malacca town which is around 50mins away where there are more food and shopping to be done. Wifi always has problem connecting in the morning. 1 night the aircon in the living room has problem but they responded very fast. so i would say staff respond are good. Check out - ok Overall i would say that A'Famosa Villa is great for family but need to have your own vehicle in order to move around.

Booked 2 units of 2 bedrooms unit for 2 nites. FOC Bfast that did not match while booking. Hotel.com quotes FOC for 12 person; but hotel insist there only 8 FOC Bfast. 2/3 elevator didn’t function. Smelly room. There are NO Price ticket advantages to hotel guest to entering Water Theme Park or Safari or Cowboy Town.

We checked out earlier from this hotel.
When we arrived at the condo we immediately found cockroaches. There was no kitschen in the condo. We had No furniture on the balconys, it was steril. At the waterpark everyone was bathing with their clothes on, No bicinis even burca and niqab. Golf was great, but long ques.

Please make sure you check your rooms properly.
The condition of the room we had was bad. After we shower, the toilet floor becomes very wet because the shower area seals are worn off. The room is full of ants and it attacked our luggage. I hope this is a one off case.
