"Très décevant surtout vu le prix. L’hôtel était encore en travaux et il y avait beaucoup de bruits sur l’étage 3, où des ouvriers travaillaient pour finir les chambres. Des câbles électriques pendaient dans la salle de bain. Personne à l’accueil… nous avons attendu 15 minutes pour le Check out et avons failli louper notre bus. Enfin, le petit déjeuner était censé ouvrir à 7h30… nous avons attendu jusqu’à 8h05 puis nous sommes partis manger ailleurs car il n’y avait personne et que la salle était fermée. (Pourtant nous avions bien payé pour le petit déjeuner) "

"I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel, which is outdated and poorly maintained. Upon arrival, we had to change rooms at 1:30 a.m. because the bed had clearly not been cleaned — there were blood stains on the sheets, along with long strands of women’s hair, which clearly shows a total lack of hygiene. The rooms are extremely basic, with no comfort at all, and it was freezing cold inside: there’s no heating system. The view was directly onto a wall, which didn’t help the atmosphere either. The worst part was the staff’s behavior. After asking about the exchange rate at reception, I was offered a very poor rate. A few hours later, around 2 a.m., one of the staff members came to my room to renegotiate — a highly inappropriate situation that I would describe as borderline harassment. Another serious issue: the rooms are not cleaned during the stay and towels are not replaced. This is simply unacceptable for a hotel. The only positive point: the location, which is convenient."

"The best hotel in town : rooms have heaters, showers with hot water stable in time (exceptional in this region), and large beds. The hotel has a swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna. It is nicely decorated in an adobe style. Everything is made to have the guest feel comfortable. The adjacent restaurant is also a very fine dining experience with local dishes as well as international dishes revisited with a local touch. It has a decent prose (we had dinner with wine for ca. €40). It is the hotel where I will stay the next time I come to Uyuni without doubt. "
