„No way does this deserve a 10/10 rating. It’s fairly terrible and not deserving such a favorable rating. The pluses - great location, right on the lake. Adirondacks at sunset was heavenly. Super convenient. Wolfeboro is very cute. The shower has been nicely redone. The in-unit washer/dryer worked well and was very convenient. But the negatives are many. Lots of disrepair and terrible attention to detail. We got a spongy soft double bed. The listing says Queen bed. It’s not. We had badly stained ...

„Our stay was awesome. The apartment was well equipped and had everything we needed. The apartments are small but had a good layout. Great view of the lake. Location is perfect for us to get to Meredith and Gilford village in a short time. An upgrade would be a pull out couch. “

„I liked that it was close to the pavilion and had a nice view. The property looked nice for early season. It was loud this weekend due to bike week. I had a small issue with the entry as I didn’t see at first the electronic key pad and was trying to open the master lock key box. As I was only able to communicate by e mail there was no short term communication help available“

„The building is in horrible shape but I won't blame the unit owner. The pool was a joke and the attached shopping(?) building was nearly abandoned. The unit could use some updating. The bed was horribly uncomfortable and squeeky. Every movement either my husband or I made was loud and kept us both awake.
