« Our family of five (two adults, and three kids ages 7, 9, and 11) had a very enjoyable stay. The condo was the perfect size - a bedroom for the parents and a bedroom for the kids, and we each had our own bathroom. Living room and dining room could seat us all comfortably. Kitchen was stocked with basic necessities. Some of us skied and some of us took advantage of the indoor pool (which was warm), the hot tub, and the game room. « My husband and I wanted a long, relaxing weekend away. This was the perfect spot. In November it’s very quiet at the beach, which was nice. We walked on the beach, had some great seafood, went to the movies and enjoyed the beautiful view of the water from the condo. I would definitely stay here again. »

« This house was ideal for our long weekend in the Whites for the MWV Icefest! It's pretty central to many of the local ice climbing crags and for the events nearby for the event. Driveway was spacious and accommodated 6 cars. Plenty of rooms and beds for our crew. The a fireplace in the living room was a fantastic place to relax and share stories after long days outside. « Loved this property! Location was PERFECT. We walked everywhere and literally never used my car all week. Condo is very clean, lots of natural light, and cute little porch area to yourself. They have brand new Roku TVs in living room and both bedrooms. Wifi was strong and convenient trash, recycling and laundry on premise. My only feedback would be mattress toppers for the beds, they were a bit stiff… but not a deal breaker, as we’d love to come back again next summer. Thanks for a great week...

« Visited for the 2024 Solar Eclipse, stayed one night and could not have asked for better accommodations. We were very impressed with having frozen ice cubes and a cold water pitcher in the fridge upon arrival. Supplies for coffee in the morning was also clutch. Then a few days after we checked out, we were asked if we had left a charger in the room. It was not ours, however just the thought of asking us was unexpected and nice. »

« The views are super. The place was pretty clean - there were some spots where the cleaning could have been better. Overall, the property was very nice. However, when we arrived it was night time, there was no hot water and the exterior patio doors were left open (they are double doors). It was a cold windy night and because the exterior patio doors were not properly closed, the curtains were literally blowing around inside from the wind coming through from outside. « We only stayed one night, more like 12 hours and it was perfect for what we needed. There were 3 of us, the bed and pull out couch were comfy. It had everything we needed and just .8miles from all the shops and restaurants. We would stay again. »

« If you are seeing a concert at Bank of NH pavilion, look no further. Venue is a quick walk (no more then 10 minutes) on a tiny, lit path behind the motel. Steps away from a gorgeous beach with chairs provided. We were so happy we came a day early to enjoy it. Lake view from the balcony. Place was not fancy by any means but very clean and had everything you may need. We will be back! »

« Our family of five had a great 5 night stay at Jonathan’s property. The property is clean, well equipped, has new furniture and comfortable beds. As skiers you cannot beat the ski in/out convenience. Jonathan was very prompt in his communication and a great host. We would stay again. »
