„Best boutique hotel I have ever been so far! Super personal service by the manager!“

„Room was cleaned daily, towels were always changed and bed was tidied up. It was very sweet to place complimentary Turkish delight bars as well as coffee, water and bottle of Rosé wine. View was amazing, the room was quiet aside from some noisy neighbours on their own balcony. Staff was amazing! Gave me a homemade biscuit cake for my birthday as a surprise at breakfast! Loved the traditional bulgarian dishes alongside international ones. New Nessebar Citg is only a few minutes away, prices ...

„Alles sehr gut. Nur kaum Steckdosen.“

„I booked a king room but was given a twin room instead, which affected my comfort and sleep throughout my stay. When I raised the issue, there was no apology or attempt to resolve it, and I was told to contact my travel agent instead. Management were dismissive and unhelpful when. Calling to reception and if call was answered by senior staff, on 2 occasions I requesting simple things such as milk and water was responded to rudely & unhelpfully.

„Wow--huge room, very clean and well-maintained and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent--a plentiful buffet. 2-minute walk to a sandy beach. Parking was easy. Location is not in the busy part of Sunny Beach, but off on its own (which we appreciated). Awesome value for money. We would stay again.“

„Einen wunderbarer Aufenthalt!Personal super freundlich,Zimmer sehr sauber!

„❤️“

„The facilities were really the only redeeming part of our stay. The pool and entry area are nice, but the apartments themselves are extremely dated and not well maintained. Everything felt uncomfortable and unclean. The hot water heater only lasted about three minutes, and the shower didn’t drain properly, leaving you standing in water. Overall, I was very dissatisfied and would not return. For the price, the apartments desperately need to be updated to match the quality of the facilities shown ...
