« Staff was upfront before check in letting me know that the elevators were out and gave me the opportunity of getting a room someplace else. We opted to stay even though we were on the second floor as it was already late in the day. The room that we were assigned TVs did not work. Staff transferred us to a different room. That was very comfortable with a great shower. Breakfast was coffee, juice, cereal, oatmeal, biscuits & gravy, waffles, bananas and apples. »

« Not acceptable that the safety fee on credit card at arrival is 100$ per room !!! They dislike expedia and charge you on site with 3-7 days for refund. You become on hostage of the situation on site. Just write the security fee on the add and I will pick another one, people should know that it is a rip off ! and if you order through their app ( noit working by the way) no deposit required, just because Expedia is not liked . Highly frustrating ! »
