« The apartment is small but fully functional - perfect for a couple getting away for a few days! The shower was exceptionally nice. It felt like the apartment had just been refurbished, with a new stove, bathroom, and TV. The stairs leading to the apartment are VERY steep - if you have mobility issues or balance trouble it would be very difficult for you to get into this apartment. « The place is great. Lots of space. It has two balconies and one rooftop terrace. They all have incredible views. The rooftop terrace is large with seating and a table large enough for our family to have meals at. We’ve been to Sperlonga three times. This is the first time we stayed here - but we are staying every time we come back from now on. Really tough to beat the views. It’s near the top of the hill - so a very short walk to dining and shopping. The walk down to the beach isn’t bad at all....

« This is a beautiful property with a lovely patio. We loved eating out under the canopy! It is 2 miles from the town, but a short walk to the beach through the neighborhood across the road. There is an excellent Gelateria a short walk down the road, small grocery stores, a fruit stand, and little restaurants. The property itself is nicely furnished and clean. We enjoyed our stay very much! »

« Appartamento molto grande, pulito e ben mantenuto con parcheggio interno al giardino. Posizione comoda a circa 1,5 km dal mare, ma facilmente raggiungibile anche in bicicletta. Per la spesa c'è un comodo supermercato Conad proprio di fronte all'abitazione e nel giro di alcune centinaia di metri si possono raggiungere a piedi ristoranti e locali. Cordiale e sempre presente Tommaso, il proprietario, che si è mostrato attento ad ogni nostra richiesta. »
