« I would give a 5 if it wasn’t for the carpet in the room Don’t understand why still in 2025 they do room with carpet, as it is so disgusting since they cannot be washed between clients. What kind of thing is accumulated down there ! But for the rest, the rooms and everything is very well kept and clean The breakfast are decent Easy parking, and good choices of restaurants near by Not to far from the highway »

« Second time there, for a week each time. Excellent hotel: perfect location between the downtown mall and the Main Street of CV. Free car park, good breakfast. Super clean rooms in excellent condition. Low noise from the street. »

« Unfortunately, I would not recommend the Doyle unless they make some major improvements. I came to Charlottesville in June to get married, and the experience at this hotel managed to make nearly every day more unpleasant. « The Oakhurst in was definitely not up to my standards BUT the staff tried everything to make things more comfortable. Unfortunately the Inn was working off of a generator and couldn’t keep up with the heat outside. My biggest issue however was the fruit flies. They were everywhere and it really bothered me.
