When I am in a hotel booked for 4 people, I expect to see 4 towels in the room plus enough shampoo/conditioner… the klinex box was left there empty. „Had room 201 right next to the lobby ,the elevator and a indoor Pool filtering/heating system, that was working the whole night. When talking to the front desk no other room was available but smoking..... got earplugs and the next day a 25% reduction for the NEXT stay....moreover this reduction piece of paper said "expires 2015"...... thank you very much!“
