Our 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath Lake House is tucked away on a quiet, semi-private cove of Toledo Bend Reservoir, offering a relaxing setting for families, couples, fishing trips, military families, and friends looking to slow down and enjoy time together.

With plenty of room to spread out, comfortable sleeping arrangements, and outdoor amenities designed for making memories, the Lake House is much more than a place to sleep — it’s a place to truly enjoy your time away.

The Space

The Lake House features three comfortable bedrooms with two king beds and one queen bed, plus an air mattress for additional sleeping space. The home can accommodate up to eight guests, making it a great choice for family vacations, couples traveling together, fishing groups, or a getaway with friends.

Inside, you’ll find a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere with plenty of space to gather after a day on the lake. The kitchen features beautiful granite countertops and gives you the convenience of preparing meals at home, whether you're making a quick breakfast before heading out to fish or cooking dinner for the whole family.

A beautiful stone fireplace adds warmth and character to the living area and creates a cozy place to relax, visit, watch a movie, or simply unwind.
