Fast wie im Disneyland
Das Hotel ist wie ein Schloss mit schönen, gepflegten Innenhöfen und Poolanlage. Sogar eine Prinzessin begrüßt die Gäste und erzählt Geschichten. Disney-Hotel-Style. Die Zimmer sind sehr gross. Vielleicht etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber völlig Ok. Einzig der Teppich müsste nicht sein… Das Shuttle zum Park ist super! Würden wir wieder buchen.

Wifi did not work the whole time, furniture is really old and the cleaning lady did not show up during our stay. All in all not worth the money, could have booked a cheaper hotel and don’t believe it would have made a significant difference.

Location is great to walk to Downtown Disney 15-20 minute… Beds were okay…25.00 a night to park is high you are already paying to much for a room then that on top pricy… that’s Disneyland for you! but all and all we would go back!

If I could take off the one star I would. I had the worst experience. I booked the Turret Suite while traveling with my 8 month old. I was sitting on the chair holding my baby when I barely touched the stick to close the curtain it fell on us, then the top of the ceiling got all over our heads and clothes as well as the top of the table. We were just resting a little as we had drove for hours and were going to Disneyland the same day. We had to catch the shuttle therefore I did go tell the manager but did not have time to do a full complaint, however as the day continued my 8 month old was red all over and I was so itchy. I don’t know what the ceiling contains but that powder that fell on us made us miserable the rest of that day until we were able to shower. One of the staff told us there’s fiberglass in it which would make the most sense.Worst customer service ever

The worst thing about the place is that on the website they do not inform that the Hotel is closed on Wednesdays and Thursdays. I found the key in the main door and I see that there is no type of restaurant service or any other type of food.

I believe that you may have reviewed the wrong hotel here. We are not closed any days during the week, we operate 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Thank you and sorry for your experience with another property.

The only thing that’s is confusing is payment for parking. When you leave and they tell you not to pay at the gait for parking. Well they don’t give instructions prior to exiting. We ended up paying twice at check out and at the gait. Hotel doesn’t do refunds.

Property is too old. The rooms looked not very cleaned. The furniture is old and not well kept. We did. Or like the fact that there was no cleaning service during our stay there. The room/hotel al in all is not worth the price we paid.

Property definitely needs updating. The lobby is lovely, the rooms are subpar, with thin walls where you can hear EVERYTHING next door—including early morning vacuuming, crying babies, and full conversations. It’s not the worst place I’ve stayed, but don’t anticipate going back.

The room did not look clean, yes the beds were made but shower looked dirty, when I turned on the shower brown water came out for a few seconds. Outlets did not work properly. AC wasn’t functioning correctly, Thankfully I was only there for one night.

The staff member when arriving was nice and polite, the staff leaving was very short and not personable. The room itself was okay, but you can tell the mattress are super old as they have no support. The drain in our shower did not drain well enough so we ended up in a pool of water up to our ankles when showering. You could also tell that the shower heads have not been cleaned. Overall the room just needs an update on the wall paint, furniture, and linens. The hotel itself has some nice looking areas, but is quite outdated.

The hotel requires a $200 deposit to stay in their hotel. I’ve never been charged this before at any other hotel. We frequently stay at hotels and I found this inconvenient and excessive. I should have been warned in advance.

Such a cute place. We loved the ambiance and charm of this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, everyone we passed or interacted with greeted us with a smile and hello. We were only there for one night but would love to stay longer next time.

ディズニーランドに行くために宿泊しました、 パークに行くシャトルバスも常に運行しているし、ホテルのスタッフも笑顔で対応してくれるので素晴らしかったです。 部屋にケトルが無いので持ってきてほしいと言ったのですがコーヒーメーカーがあるでしょ?それで沸かしてね的なコメントが帰ってきてなかなかケトルをゲットできなかったのですがこれは日本人ならではの悩みなのでしょうがないかなって感じです。 シャワーが固定されていて使いづらかったりバスタブが浅かったりトイレの流れが悪かったりしましたがそれは日本の基準が高すぎるが故なので私はそこまで気になりませんでした。 海外旅行を慣れている人なら十分過ごしやすく安全なホテルだと思います。

We had a nice stay overall, because we were off site like the whole time. But, our room had a trash on the floor when we walked in, and they make borrowing a cart to load/unload your car quite a hassle. The place is a maze, so finding our room each time was an adventure itself. The parking was $25 a night, kinda steep when you think about all the hotels where you can park free.

Terrible business and workers. Electricty when out an I was unable use my oxygen machine. They were unwilling to give a discount since it was out the whole night. Manager is a joke an did not handle the situation good at all. His know it all attitude will not have me come back ever again.

Was treated unfair told them i was a disabled veteran and they didnt care and did not accommodate me and i even talked to manager on duty and she said the same thing the hotel employee said being a disabled veteran they did not care because i booked thru Expedia and not them

Our parking fees are posted on the Expedia web site as well as our own. Your location from where you live has no bearing on parking fees. All guests pay parking as clearly noted on the Expedia web site.

We stay here every time we come to Disneyland, but the last 2 times, the front desk staff seems short, irritated, when there's a question you can tell they get annoyed. This time was kinda my last straw. We arrived back to our room on Monday 4/15, the power was out, when we asked if we would be compensated the girl cut us off and told us to enjoy some chips, water and soda on them. The items were on the couch in a box, like really?? No I'm sorry this happened here's your deposit back or complimentary breakfast. We couldn't charge our phones which we needed to. Power was out for about 10-12hrs. In the morning, there was still no acknowledgment to the power being out. We also had food and drinks in our fridge that went bad and we woke up to the room being warm. Another thing that the other guests were venting about on the shuttle ride to and from the parks, were the $200 deposit they hold when you check in. Do you guys ever stop and think that that money is part of our vacation?? Also, don't advertise free parking when you charge $30 to park each night. From now on, we will be staying at other properties. I want to give my thanks to the restaurant staff that helps with the buffet, they are excellent, as well as the shuttle drivers, I know they have a rough job as well, but they are ALWAYS on time and wait a few mins each way to pick up as many people as possible.

The bus to and from hotel to Disney was what interested us to this hotel, it was an excellent service. Hotel took a while to find reservations - were odd and said oh you didn't book direct you booked through a third party like Expedia? Our room was at back of hotel, I am 74 years old and after walking all day at Disney and then once to hotel to walk down 3 long hallways which was longer than walk from entrance of Disney to bus. when I mentioned the room was not only hard to find and a long walk front entrance person at desk just smiled??? not concerned. I will stay there again and recommend to others just will ask for room not so far from front entrance.

Traffic noise and no room service. But the place is a good stay over all.

I like having the shuttle service to and from Disneyland, but all the other hotels have shuttles too. The gift shop and food store are incredibly OVERPRICED. They charged me extra for napkins and utensils, I was shocked. The rooms and the entire hotel need to be fixed up and thoroughly cleaned.

The grounds were absolutely beautiful. The shuttle to the park was very convenient. The deli just seemed to be closed at odd times during the day.
