This was the perfect distance when staying off the Disneyland property! All the staff were so helpful and kind. The rooms are a little dated and need updating but if you’re exhausted from the parks it really doesn’t matter.

Our stay at the Portofino Inn and suites was very relaxing and nice and quiet. The room was spacious and the bed was really comfortable... This was a wonderful spot to spend our honeymoon and enjoy the short walk to the wonders of Disneyland. The Portofino was also conveniently located on Harbor Blvd. near a variety of restaurants. All in all we truly enjoyed our stay there and the price was definitely worth it. We will surely consider staying there again in the future.

What I did like the location is close to Disneyland. What I didn’t like is not very clean, didn’t smell clean and not amenities in the lobby “ hot water or coffee” .

Originally chose this hotel because they said they have cribs upon request.. we found out that the “cribs” were pack n plays that were really dirty (poo smears, spit up dirty). They brought us another one and it was still dirty… Had we known, we would’ve brought our own. Instead my husband had to go to target to purchase one so our baby didn’t have to sleep in filth… also the beds were extremely uncomfortable :/ staff was friendly though so that was a plus.

The hotel I will never stay at again. Horrible front desk service. very rude. Also the phone has no housekeeping number. Guest services is a fast busy signal. Had to use my own phone to try and call the hotel. Got hung up on 3 times after a few rings. When I get thru...requested wash cloths. NONE IN THE ROOM. for a family of 5. 4 bath towels.. the room sleeps 6. I finally atter 3 calls had to walk down to the front at 10 pm at night to get my hand towels and a pillow for the roll out couch.. which was not provided.

The location is nice and close to attractions. No housekeeping webt by after front desk told me they would be by on the thurd day. No wash cloth or bar soap was provided. I had to ask a staff member that did not seems to happy to provide the items.

We used to stay here years ago we dont know what happened. When we came to our room foilet was not flushed. Fine okay we flushed it. There were receipts in the drawer prob from the person who stayed before. Ripped and threw it away. My biggest complaint was when we pulled our covers back the sheet has a blood stain size of a quater. Oh and the phone didnt work so mu husband had to use his cell. All they did was bring us a new set so we can change. So sad how it has gone downhill.

Honestly look better online than in person. It’s a pretty old location outdated and feels and smells musty with a lingering smell of cigarettes even when it says no smoking. Just cross the street and you’ll find better. Cleaner. Pay extra to stay at a better location.

Easy to walk to Disney parks and dining options. Parking can be a bit stressful until you get checked in. The water takes about 5 minutes to get warm for showers, but is great after it’s warm! We found it to be a great stay!

The Good: I liked the layout of the room, it had lots of room for my family of 5. It was about a 12 min walking distance to Disneyland. The Bad: There were all kinds of stains on the wall paper in our room, the grout between the bath tiles were dirty and moldy. The cabinetry was dirty in the bedroom area, and looked like it never gets wiped down. I wiped the TV remote down with a diaper wipe because my husband said it felt dirty, I wouldn’t have believed it if I didn’t see it with my own eyes, it had a black film on it, almost like someone used it that had motor oil all over their hands. I felt like because of the location to Disneyland, the owner/managers don’t bother to invest any money into the place. The pictures from the website were clearly old and not recent. I would not stay here again.

The Lobby smelled super clean when I checked in. And one staff member was super nice. Our room is the family suite with bunk bed and was very spacious, comfortable and equipped with microwave and frig. However one of our sinks did not drain very well. The family room does come with 2 sinks. Overall is nice, but it can be much better.

Our sons and I loved staying here to visit Disneyland…great location with convenient access to Toy Story parking lot, lots of dining options and great shopping. Housekeeping only came every two days or so, but we were OK with that.

In check in day called numerous times to ask about early check in and no one ever answered! Once at the hotel I waited 5 minutes or so before the front desk staff came out of back room. Once we got our keys, realized we were never given our room number! The parking is horrible! When we finally found our room (weren’t given good directions from front desk) we needed to call down for more towels but phone didn’t work. Had to call main number from cell and was put down on hold forever. Maintenance came to try to fix phone but it never did get fixed. Called again 5 hours later because towels never arrived. Finally got extra towels this time. The suite that fits more than six only is supplied with 4 towels. It should have more. Beds were extremely comfortable, but couch bed is awful! Couch was stained with who knows what. Other guests were very loud and upstairs guest stomped around. All this occurred during quiet hours waking us up! Suites are very spacious and has an extra sink and mirror outside of bathroom which made getting ready a breeze. Easy walk to and from park and lots of dining and shopping options within walking distance. Parking a second vehicle is $30 tax per day so it adds up quickly and if you lose the parking card or don’t turn it in upon checkout, that will run you $45! The rooms were clean. Probably wouldn’t stay here again just because of staff and parking.

When we checked in the staff was nice & the location is close, walking distance, to Disneyland, but those are the only good things. The rooms are old and INCREDIBLY dirty. There’s a layer of visible dirt on the couch, chairs, surfaces, etc. We could not stay there, we felt uncomfortable sitting on anything.

I dont think my room was clean saw chips on chairs i pulled out the fold out bed and a wet towel was tucked inside,so i couldnt let my son sleep on there. Didnt have all towels closet looked like nothing was cleaned pillow was thrown in there all hangers were dropped and plastic bag was inside. Only stayed for one night because we decided to go down last minute so we just grabbed any place to stay. Didnt say anything because we got there at 1am and checked out first thing in the morning. Only stayed a total of 7 hours and it was by far the worst. And i normally dont complain, this is my first time actually doing a review.

This property is very outdated, the smell on the second floor was like sewer masked with a cheap air freshener. The mini fridge in our room smelled terrible, we did not use it. Blankets had pen marks all over, pillows are CRAP, being your own if staying here. I will not stay here again.
