An amazing place to stay if you are doing a Disney trip! Close access to the freeway, located on a road that is never busy, and such close walking distance to Downtown Disney. It was the perfect place to stay with 4 adults and 4 kids!

I would not recommend staying here. The pictures on VRBO look great but it’s a complete misrepresentation of the actual place. As you enter the place it has a terrible smell. I had to go and purchase Lysol and air freshener. The couch had stains on it. All the walls had scuff marks and desperately needed to be painted. The ceiling downstairs had water damage with the plaster hanging down with holes. There were roaches in the kitchen. The AC air vents and intake were dirty and nasty. The place is just rundown and needs work. It is walking distance to Disney which is nice and Funtierland was responsive when I arrived 30 minutes before check in and they unlocked the door for me. Overall just a poor experience and not what you want for a family vacation going to Disney.

Great location next to Disneyland because you can walk from it to downtown Disney. Great host communication. The place was nice and clean. Great for our family of 6. Would stay here or at one of their other properties in the future and would recommend to our friends.

Great location steps away from Disneyland

What a great condo for our family. Plenty of room, full kitchen, quiet neighborhood, private garage parking, but the best part is the location. We were able to walk to and from Disneyland without any issues crossing the street or going through security. I would 100% stay here again

Great apartment close walk to downtown Disney, where we took the monorail into the park every morning. The place was very clean, with the exception of the living room furniture, which needs a deep cleaning/replacement. The kitchen was well supplied and had everything we needed to cook a simple meal. The AC worked great during the heatwave while we were there. The garage fit our small SUV and had a few strollers. The parking space provided is so narrow, can only fit a smaller sedan width wise.

Good value for a bigger family/group

The funtierland property stay was great value for our size group. The walking distance from downtown Disney is why we booked with this property. However the community it’s located in is looking a bit run down and could use some maintenance to brighten up the place. The unit was clean and tidy when we entered however the cleaners did miss some food in the kitchen disposal which gave the downstairs area a funky smell. However once we ran the disposal the smell cleared right up. Other than that we were very happy with the cleanliness of the house. The only thing that could be improved on cleanliness wise is the couch and chairs in the living room were visibly brown and dirty from previous guests. So an upholstery cleaning would be beneficial for those items of furniture. And we ended up covering the couch with a blanket for our stay to sit on it. The property manager was easy to communicate with and answered all of our questions and concerns during our stay. Including a concern with the bedding that needed to be refreshed. And they promptly fixed the issue! We did notify them that the mattresses in the master and the queen bedroom could use a refresh as well as none in our party slept very well in those beds. The bunk bed oddly was the most comfortable. The bathroom fixtures and appliances in the home all worked really well! I’ve been in some homes of the same complex where things were falling apart or barely working and this was not the case in this property.

Family visit to disneyland

Clean, quiet and comfortable. Very short walk to Disneyland. Well appointed kitchen that can use a couple extra dish towels. Overall, everyone in our party enjoyed everything about the stay. Parking garage was a bonus!!

This property is right next to D-Land! Just a hop and a skip and you are in downtown Disney! We loved being there with not just or grandkids but my father in law (pushing 90) loved it too!!

We love how close the property is to Disneyland!! The condo was perfect for our group of 5. The staff of Funtierland kept in touch via text during out entire stay and were extremely helpful. We couldn’t find ice trays and let them know. Within a short time they delivered not only ice trays but a large bag of ice. We would definitely stay again and we have already recommended this property to many friends

The property is a bit dated, but don’t let that fool you!! The condo itself is very clean and has everything you need for a big family. We had a total of 7 family members (3 adults, 4 kids). The kids bedroom was a big surprise as it had a blow up mattress with electric pump inside, a pullout mattress underneath the bunk bed too. And as a bonus, closet had dress up clothes for kids to play with!! This place had it’s own full sized washer and dryer which made things convenient. Extra towels, beach towels, pillows, and sheets in the closet upstairs. Cannot comment on the pool and playground area on the grounds as we didn’t have time to check it out. Close to Disneyland and other store and restaurants. We drove to the park instead of walking as it is a little over a mile trek and can be tiring for little ones to walk after a big day at Disney!! Very easy to drive back and forth from condo to Disneyland.

Christmas Vacation

Disneyland Vacation. East to find location. Clean and spacious. Large kitchen with essentials to cook and eat with. Could use more comfortable seating in the family room but, we really didn’t spend much time there except our last day. Beds were comfortable, which is a must after a long day of playing. We had a Safety issue with two year old twins and a front door. Host immediately installed child safety latch. WIN!!!Questions were promptly answered via text. Map of where the pool is, is not of our complex. Easy way to find it is take a right out of front door then another right between garages and complexes, go between the buildings at the end and take another right and walk a short distance and the pool is there, also a nice splash wading area for toddlers and hot tub. Walk around the pool area there is a nice play area for the kids. 15 min walk to Disneyland but, you do need to cross the street illegally. Be patient and careful as the cars are fast on this road that you need to cross. Walk down like you are going to the DL hotel and there are signs that tell you Downtown Disney. Mickey Tram coming back as kids were tired but, faster to walk as folding and unfolding packed strollers is a pain. Everything we needed!

The property was clean and well supplied. We found a baby gate for the stairs which was added plus! We did bring our own plug covers, but that is just our preference for added safety. We had an issue with the parking spaces not being large enough for the Chrysler minivan we rented, but with one late evening call Shari provided us an alternative. Also, the communication with Funtierland Rentals throughout our stay was excellent! We definitely would rent from Funtierland again!

Great location for Disney vacation

The condo was clean and conveniently located to Disney! The outside could use some upgrading and we didn’t have washrags until the 3rd day but overall there was no complaints! Very clean and that is always our first priority! We would stay again for sure!
