Staff were very nice and helpful. Everything was clean. The food was pricey but delicious. There was no fan in the bathroom. The bed was not very comfortable. A pipe or the elevator or something would rattle every thirty seconds every single night and morning for a few hours waking me up. We were told the Disneyland shuttle could take my husband’s wheelchair. After waiting and the bus finally coming they said they can’t take it but that the next bus could, but they didn’t know when it would arrive. So a few big things made our trip less fun but overall we enjoyed our stay.

Property was a bit outdated but loved the mix restaurant. The location was right across from Disney parking which made things very easy . Was a bit frustrated they charged me for early check in and charged my mother for parking, it was resolved quickly as those charges were not supposed to be charged.

HHonors Gold Member (ex Diamond) A tale of two stories: 1: the staff is incredibly helpful and explode customer service with no pain or issues whatsoever - wonderful human beings from everywhere. 2: The condition of the property is old, mega worn, and used hard by the years of guests. The first two nights our entire floor reeked of marijuana smell, so that gives you a clue. We stayed 6 nights and after the 2nd, both my wife and I developed severe sinus infections and coughing that wouldn’t stop. Having said that, as soon as we checked out and got to our airport, the coughing subsided so it wouldn’t surprise me that there may be mold issues due to years of marine layers coming/going for the past several decades as long as this hotel was built with little to no mold inspections or remediations occurring. The housekeepers are obviously working their hardest and doing their best, but it’s lipstick on a pig at this point. Hilton continues to underperform throughout their portfolio and this may be the stay that causes me to finally leave the brand entirely.

Booked for my 40th birthday. Rooms are very outdated, dark, with no room lighting. First room we were given had visible black mold growing on the vent, peeling/bubbled wallpaper, given a downgrade room but then no refund or credit. Staff were not helpful. Only nice thing was the cocktail bar, and the housekeeper who did an excellent job. Would not recommend this place and won’t be back.

Parking gate staff member ignored us and sat on her phone when we had an issue with the key card getting out. She was on her phone every time we drove by. Would be nice to have her help when she's being paid to be there.

Worst ever experience in this hotel. Washroom wasn’t working, dirty carpets, locker was nonfunctional, no microwave, too crowdy, not enough eating space, worst housekeeping - forget to change glasses, cups, towels, didn’t even picked up garbage on daily basis. Sent their security person because of some issue with my credit card. He was so rude. They didn’t even once try to resolve this issue over the phone. I travel a lot but never seen this kind of hospitality. Washroom toilet was making random loud noises all the time, especially at night, even when not in use. Wifi was “free” but it kept asking to pay, or sign in every single day. It kept disconnecting and was very slow. Never ever revisit or recommend this hotel in my life time.

The room felt dated with cracked sink, old fixtures, etc. the elevators often had a line to wait to go up and some times you waited a long time to go down. Also the line at Starbucks was atrocious at all times in the morning. The location is not equipped for a full hotel.

Staff is super friendly but bedding is quite old and have stains on almost of it. Bathrooms are super small. Not suitable for more than 1 person usage. Amenities like basketball courts have been closed for years. Overall, very average old hotel but customer service personnel made it as pleasant as they possibly could. Will not stay at the hotel ever again!

I didn't like that parking is charged separately, but in the Expedia application it didn't tell me anything about the charge apart from parking.

The place is out dated. Bathroom paint and doors are not in the best shape. For the price, I would stay somewhere else. I had to ask to be moved to another room since the first room was a bit small and the walls are too thin. Service wise was excellent, staff were willing to listen and accommodated our needs.

This hotel has definitely been in decline. Wallpaper peeling off walls, holes and scrapes on walls and doors. Which would be ok if the price wasn't so high. Great location, and really great staff. It is just looking really shabby. I will say the bar area is nice and open and fun to hang out in. Every worker I encountered was super helpful. Appreciated that.
