„Very cozy place “

„The view is priceless! Everything else was a hassle or worse. We never received a code to access our place and and the host never responded to our inquiry or messages. We had to go to the front desk of the facility who could not help us. We ended up calling Vrbo who had to reach out to our host to get the code. We were left outside standing in the cold at night while we waited. Also, we requested an extended noon check out for an extra 50 but we had both house cleaning and pest control entering ...

„The place was spotless and as advertised. We enjoyed our afternoons on the spacious, sunny, balcony. Nice to be able to walk to the beach from the condo and the beach was beautiful. Todd was very accommodating. Would definitely stay again.“

„This condo was a great location and a short drive to downtown St. Augustine. The beachy decorations made for a cozy stay and the unit was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked with any equipment you would need. Phylis communicated promptly on every question. We would stay again if in the area. “

„Loved our stay! The location was great. It was about a 5 minute walk through the complex to the beach. The pool area was kept sparkling clean and had nice restrooms. The bed was comfortable and having a washer and dryer in the condo was very convenient. Kitchen had very nice appliances.Our host was very responsive and friendly. We had a minor issue with the ice maker and it was dealt with right away. We would highly recommend!“
