« Great location. Easy check in. Nice that both bedrooms had adjoining bathrooms. Kitchen had enough for what we needed. Living room furniture a bit dated, but not a concern for us. »

« We were moved to a different unit than we were originally booked due to some unforeseen circumstances. We were informed ahead of time and given the opportunity to agree to the move. The unit we were in was fine, somewhat dated but overall it worked out fine. »

« Adequate space for our party of 4. The lift was fun. Curtains for the higher windows would’ve helped with the light, but not a big deal. We had an issue the first night figuring out the shower and it seemed our question was responded to by an auto attendant and not a real person. We figured it out eventually on our own, but if you had a real issue you might not reach an actual person. »

« Perfect for a friends gathering or family stay »

« My 1st experience with VRBO so check in /out was a bit confusing but we we managed to get in and cleaning guy was a little early so he said I could leave the keys with him & he would put them in the lock box for us. He was very nice.There were a few stains on the carpet when we got there but otherwise clean & well equipped to move in!We only needed a clean, quiet place to sleep so it was more than adequate for us.Loved the view of yard & forest in the back! »

« The Crow’s Nest Condo provided an excellent spot for our family to enjoy Anchorage and the surrounding area. The condo was fully stocked and immaculate. The listing doesn’t do the location justice as it’s close to a great park and bike/walking trails and downtown. The views were incredible and we even saw a rainbow over the water. We highly recommend this property and we hope to stay here again. »

« Overall a great place to stay! beautiful views and walking distance to everything you could need. The check in was a bit tricky as instructions did not specify which side of the building key was located. I went to what i thought was the main entrance and tried to figure out where the key was for about 20 minutes. Finally called the help line and they let me know you have to walk to the side of the building to a staircase. I would say, the one thing to improve for summer guests would be to have...

« Super nice place.. multiple rooms, very clean, all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Updated place with new appliances, fixtures, furniture. Smooth check in and check out process. Great communication. »

"We had a problem with arriving 04/13/2025. At four PM, the room was not ready. Later a first room was given but when coming in, it has not been cleaned. A second room was attributed but it was the same. Then a third room was given and it was update. This courtesy has been appreciated by my wife and me. Except that incident the stay in this hotel was perfect. "
