Molevan 1 is a beautiful, bright open-plan apartment, recently renovated, located at 6 Via Marconi, apartment 1, on the first floor. It is situated in the well-served Archi district, with plenty of traditional restaurants and shops nearby.

The city centre, harbour and railway station are all within a short distance and can be easily reached on foot or by public transport. There is a local bus stop right outside the building, with direct connections to the railway station, Torrette Regional Hospital, Ancona Airport, Senigallia, Jesi, the Frasassi Caves and Fabriano. There are also convenient connections to the city centre, the University of Ancona (UNIVPM) and the Conero Riviera.

The FlixBus and Itabus terminals are just 100 metres away. Ancona/Falconara Airport is a 20-minute drive. There are parking spaces nearby, as well as the covered Archi car park, just 100 metres away.

In the immediate vicinity is the Mole Vanvitelliana, one of Ancona’s landmark monuments. It is home to the Omero Museum for visually impaired visitors, as well as art exhibitions, a conference centre and summer performances. The Archi district is one of the city’s most characteristic neighbourhoods and enjoys a direct view of the sea.

The fully equipped kitchen is complemented by a sleeping area with a double bed and an additional single bed. The bathroom has a shower enclosure, hairdryer and washing machine.
