„Easy check-in. We arrived an hour early as I thought check-in was 2pm not 3pm but our room wasn’t ready but we were able to store our luggage with reception whilst we went to eat lunch. I thought we would have a two bedroom apartment but it was actually two one-bedroom apartments with the adjoining door open. „Gut gelegenes Hotel was etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist. Positiv war die Ruhe und die Größe des Zimmers. Negativ vor allem das Bad. Ein Duschvorhang ist wirklich out und eine Heizung gehört ins Bad. Die Wanne raus und eine Dusche in die Ecke dann die Handtuchhalterungen und Ablagen auf die andere Seite und das Bad wäre richtig gut.“

„The girl on reception when we arrived was friendly and very helpful. She pointed out the hotels Hillsborough memorial on the wall which is very moving.Our room was huge and very comfortable. The hotel is a short walk to the City centre shops and there are many great pubs and restaurants close by. Breakfast was excellent. “

„Overall it was great. But hair dryer in the bathroom was not in good working order. The shower was a bit hot and cold at times. Other than that it was a great stay and enjoy the hotel and the staff were very accommodating. “
