We chose this home for the space, and it absolutely delivered. It comfortably slept 11 and was perfect for our group. The beds were comfortable with plenty of extra pillows and linens. The kitchen was fully stocked, and the home felt cozy and welcoming.The views were great, and having two refrigerators was a big plus for food and drinks. It did snow during our stay, and the road was icy—4x4 was needed as recommended.Four bedrooms, three full bathrooms, and a basement with bunk beds, couches, and a TV made it ideal for kids. Spacious, well-equipped, and very accommodating for a week-long stay. Highly recommend!We were there to ski AF and Red River. We also went to Taos for the day. Very convenient for all our needs. We even took in a family hike.

The kitchen was fully equipped. The views from the deck overlooking Angel Fire far below was great. Excellent walking/hiking in the woods around the cabin. The cabin was secluded - not any other cabins nearby. The sound system was not accessible, but we used our own portable speakers. TV had ROKU only channels, which was ok. Rooms clean and comfortable.

This house is beautiful and in the perfect spot! We had plenty of room to spread out and relax and a full kitchen (with a surprising amount of cooking tools, compared to other VRBO houses we’ve stayed in) to make meals. I would stay here again for sure.

The 280 Brazos, CozyAFCabin was private and peaceful, the house was beautiful and comfortably appointed. The best part, however, was the kindness and hospitality of the hosts. Our family had a long-overdue reunion and it couldn't have happened at a better location. Grateful thanks!

Great place to stay.

The house if great, the views are even better. We loved the deck and all the options for seating out there. There were 10 of us and plenty of space to sleep and spread out. Would love to stay again. While my husband was out birding, very close to the house, he came across a bear. Definitely makes a memorable story!

Great Visit

I chose this place as we had 5 couples coming to stay, and I wanted as many separate bedrooms as possible. This worked out well. The place is spacious, plenty of room to hang out, and offers lots of options. It was clean, and well equipped, though the grill could use some work, and a serious cleaning. There are also some loose boards on the deck, watch where you step. The biggest drawback is location. It is way up the mountain on a spider web of roads, which takes a while to learn. If you are staying/skiing at AF, it's probably fine(20min drive), but for us climbing and biking all around Taos and beyond, was more driving than we hoped for. But, mostly my fault for underestimating the commutes. All in all, a great visit.

Cozy Getaway

Great location! Traveled with 6 adults, 3 kids. Everyone had plenty of space to relax, unwind, and sleeping arrangements worked out perfectly. Really enjoyed morning coffee with a view! Communication with host was very easy. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

Stunning

This property is absolutely stunning. It has everything you need for your stay. Lot of room to spread out and relax. The views are beautiful, and it is so quiet out there. If you are a nature lover, there is wildlife that comes by the property! The drive up to the cabin is so pretty. If you like to cook at the cabin, the kitchen has everything you need! The decor was beautiful, the beds comfortable!

Quiet Getaway

Stayed here for a quiet getaway with friends and family. The house was well kept and very clean. We enjoyed the amenities including grilling on the deck and playing some ping pong in the basement. There were plenty of beds for everyone and the kitchen made meal prep easy. The home was pretty far up a dirty road so just be prepared for ruts, holes and mud, but we made it up with no issue in our minivan.

Great location and cabin

Everything was wonderful and exactly as described. The views were amazing and it was a clean well stocked cabin. Good contact with the host and no problems with check in or check out. No concerns getting up the mountain in family vehicles in June but snow would be a challenge. We definitely felt the elevation for a day or two but the view, fresh air, and aspens were worth it!

Peaceful & Relaxing!

This is a beautiful place to get away! Property Manager was awesome and so accommodating! We have stayed in many places in the Red River area and this definitely was the most peaceful and beautiful! All you needed was there -- and they were not skimpy on supplies like some other places! Our family so enjoyed our stay!
