Hotels nahe Angel of the North (Newcastle-upon-Tyne)

„First and foremost the property was clean, functional and offered value for money. The staff were friendly and helpful, although our experience of room service was let down by dirty cups being left. We found the hotel lacked character, everything about it was functional and not interesting. This extended to the breakfast, our experience of which was behind not eating supper there. This is not a criticism of the hotel, it is my view. Based on reviews I expected a little more than we got. ...

„Nice, clean rooms in a beautiful old villa. Quiet location and close to Newcastle city center or shopping, just a few minutes by car. Very friendly hosts and staff, award winning restaurant on site and a nice garden - if the weather permits it. We enjoyed staying there and can recommend this hotel. “

„Every time I travel back north I stay at this place as it's friendly, has what you need and more-aka the restaurant next door and nearby to bigger shops too“

„Très belle chambre. Spacieuse avec une cuisine complète. Personnel attentif“

„Top 🔝“

„+personnel est professionnel et sympathique +look et décoration de l’hôtel +emplacement -problème de froid! Il fait très froid dans les zones communes et restaurant/petit-dejeuner siren -pas de fitness -la décoration sur le lit pas de mon goût et j’émets des doutes quant à son hygiène -pas de fitness“

„La chambre était prête à mon arrivée mais si vous voulez faire le check in avant 15h il faut payer! Je trouve ce procédé très discutable et on ressemble plus à un billet de banque qu’à un client! “

„Room was clean but very cold couldn’t get the underfloor heating to work Breakfast was disappointing plate was oily eggs were overcooked beans were cold as if the were straight out of the tin as was the mushroom and tomato sausages ,bacon ,black pudding and hash brown were lukewarm and didn’t come with toast or fried bread“

„The lady who checked in was so lovely, even took us to our room. Every member of staff asks if you need help finding anything and direct you to were you need to be. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast included in the room stay was 10/10.“

„The perfect Apartment/Hotel for a stay in Newcastle. It’s central, spacious , nice staff , quiet rooms“

„Freundliches Personal, leckeres Frühstück und großzügiger Parkplatz“

„Room was incredibly dusty, no heating, vanity mirrors in bathroom didn't work, bath cracked. Staff were friendly and brought us a space heater however this didn't work either. Work up at 4.30am freezing Location is good, very quiet at night“

„Helpful staff. Good breakfast. Quiet room.“
