« We had no heat all day Sunday when it was single digits outside. I asked where the thermostat was at noon and got excuses all day. At 4:00 I sent a message saying that we'd give them one hour and then we'd have to leave as it was freezing cold. Finally, at 6 p.m. someone showed up to turn on the heat in the downstairs apartment where it had been turned off by the tenants who had moved out suddenly. The property manager tried to blame me for not getting back with him to tell him we hadn't closed...

« Everything was clean. Location perfect. Place was made to be welcoming. And communication was excellent. Plus, I’ll add that Mollie purchased a pack and play for us when I asked if they had one. Pretty over-the-top. Things didn’t go perfectly and Mollie tried to make things happen right away. All you can ask for. »

« We've stayed here before and was happy with it. This time was different. Walked into an 84 degree unit. Notified the host that there was an issue. Next day it was still having problems. We left after day 2 of 4 to go to a hotel because it was over 100 outside and they didn't fix the air. Asked for a discount for the two days due to no air and a refund if the two days we weren't going to stay. Received the 2 day refund but no discount on the two terrible days spent there. « There are widespread mold in the bathroom and multiple stains on the towels. The boiler in the kitchen was not working until I figured out the outlet breaker was tripped. The kitchen trash can does not close well. One of the windows was open in this cold weather! Toilet seat is too small for a normal person. Most surfaces all over the unit have a fairly thick layer of dust. This cannot be missing a few spots by the cleaning person, this is pure ignorance of the owners. Communication was very...

« This was a beautiful little apartment! I loved the design, and the delicious coffee that was provided. My only note was that it was VERY loud outside the room late at night, being in the heart of the college district. While I believe this was noted in the listing, I didn't realize quite how loud it would be! I purchased some ear plugs for my second night and slept really well on the very comfortable bed... so would just strongly recommend those ear plugs! »
