Place was really nice and clean - was unable to use the beautiful pool as neighbor right next door had ongoing yard construction - would have been nice to stay in the yard one day and enjoy the pool - instead we rented a tent and chairs and stayed at the beach every day.

We loved the location and the front and back decks. The kitchen was very well stocked with all you would need. Unfortunately we did not discover the games and puzzles in the living room until the day we checked out. Perhaps a note or sign in the living room would help to tell people of the hidden treasures. The games on the deck and all the beach and pool items were a great touch. A note pad and pen would also be helpful.We had a great visit. Loved the library!

The unit was exactly as pictured. There were six adults in our party, and we had plenty of room in the kitchen for all of us to mingle. The only things we would suggest are purchasing new pillows and installing an elevator for us old folks. The unit is in an excellent location,

Perfect location

The property was in wonderful location, very clean, and as described. The house was very comfortable, but had limited essentials like toilet paper and trash bags so I would suggest bringing more if staying 4 nights or more. We loved that they did provide beach items like chairs, volleyball, and wagon. It was a really great benefit! And the pool is mostly in the shade in the afternoon, which was nice and refreshing to cool off from a hot day on the beach.

Arrived early from our flight and called multiple times for early check in, I do understand these can’t always be accommodated. We parked at Olive Post to wait as the property manager said she would try but the cleaning lady left 2 hours before check in and nobody tried to accommodate. The pool upon arrival was green with algae growing in it. There were multiple dead tree limbs all over the backyard. I called as soon as I arrived to make aware of the pool issue and got a response the next day saying they would alert the pool company. We never saw anyone from the pool company and I continue to call each day multiple times. I am very disappointed as we could have stayed anywhere without a pool for much cheaper but wanted provider our little kids a private pool to cool off in after activities. This completely ruined our vacation. We did ask for a partial refund and was provided 395 dollars for 1 night stay which I do appreciate. I did inform the property managers information informing them I still was not happy as 395 dollars when I spent 2000 was nothing compared our inconvenience but received no response back. The exterior of the home was not maintained, chairs dirty and the outdoor deck games made of wood have little bugs resembling terminates in them. The interior of the house was beautiful overall and very clean for a positive. If you are staying with a larger family and need multiple cars, since it sleeps 8, forget it. There is 1 parking spot and no space.

Loved the location. Ceilings made it feel huge!! Pool was cool and management say they don’t heat starting in May so a bit of a disappointment with that. The beds were the most comfy beds for a rental.

Beautiful property

The property was just as described. Location was great, walking distance to the beautiful beach. Loved the high ceilings in the unit. Only recommendation I would make is to put lights on the front deck as we would’ve love to stay out however it was too dark. Great place to stay to enjoy Anna Maria Island.

Family Trip

I reserved for family vacation. My husband and I plus 2 adult children and my daughter’s boyfriend!! Place was great for all of us. The rooms were spacious and kitchen and living space were perfect!! Loved the pool and location is amazing!!! Walk to beach.. walk to eat..walk to shop… city pier!!! The Olive store beneath the unit has great bread and wine!!

Perfect family house in a great location

My family of 5 (3 kids) were very comfortable staying here. Interior is beautiful, lots of space. Can’t beat the location, walkable to beach and close to many shops and restaurants. Lots of beach/pool essentials too which was nice. But be sure to pack all your own household items as there aren’t enough to last a week (garbage bags, toilet paper, coffee filters, etc).

Can’t beat the location.

Spacious condo with high ceilings. Large gathering spaces in kitchen and living room. We loved the two balconies and utilized them a lot. You cannot beat the location. Easy walk to the beach. Unfortunately the A/C went out early in our stay and took 3 days to get fixed. We traveled with a 10 month old baby and it affected their sleep with how hot the place got. Beach House Real Estate was great and communicated clearly and worked quickly to get maintenance to the place, though no solution was found for 3 days. Disappointingly, the property owner provided no reimbursement for the A/C being out for so long.

Property was beautiful and better than expected! We especially loved both porches and the pool. A few suggestions: the front porch and master bedroom door needs better locks or latches- they weren’t able to be completely locked/closed up. The kitchen knives were extremely dull and made cutting any good difficult. Will definitely be back!

A great place. Hard wood floors, nice decks front and back. Nice private pool area. The only downside are the steep steps to the apartment. Bringing suitcases and coolers up could be a problem for older people with bad backs, like me. Fortunately our son in law was with us!

Perfect condo location

We loved this condo. It is right smack in the middle of the island. One direction you can go to the gulf and the other the bay. It's only a short walk either way. What the description doesn't tell you is that there is an olive oil store downstairs that bakes fresh bread daily. The air outside smells like fresh bread and it's amazing. The covered porches are perfect. We definitely hope to stay here again.

Great location

Overall we LOVED our stay!! House was basically exactly as listed! As comments say bring your own extra trash bags etc! I called the office bc the master bedroom balcony doors would not lock. No one ever came to fix it that it my only complaint but other than that it was great!
