Nice Location, home needs improvements

The location of the property is fantastic—just a short walk to the beach—and the overall space was clean upon arrival. However, our experience left us feeling that it should have been better, especially given the premium price point.We had stayed at this property before without issue, so we were surprised by several disappointments this time around. Communication prior to arrival was lacking. We requested early check-in the same day we booked, but did not receive a clear response or accommodation despite following up. This set the tone for a stay that didn’t quite meet expectations.The pool, which had been a highlight previously, was unfortunately too hot to enjoy on the first day. A technician was eventually sent that evening, but by then it was too late to make use of it that day. We were advised to cool it down with a garden hose, which did help for the following day, but the initial inconvenience was frustrating.There were other details that, while minor on their own, added up. Supplies were sparse—only two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom and a single roll of paper towels for the house. Guests should be prepared to supplement. The suite over the garage was generally comfortable, though we did notice insects at night and had to fix a fallen blind ourselves. Towel quantity was limited, so doing laundry or bringing extras may be necessary. Lastly, the second bedroom had a particularly uncomfortable bed and no television.This home has potential and good location.

Little Pink House on Anna Maria Island

We had an incredible time at Anna Maria Island. The house was immaculate when we arrived and maintained a fresh scent throughout our week-long stay. It appeared to have undergone a recent remodel, which added to its charm. With five guests—two couples and a 15-year-old—the house was perfectly suited for our group. Just a short walk away was the breathtaking beach. We brought our tent and purchased two extra beach chairs since the house only had three. The island boasts a plethora of fantastic restaurants. Conveniently, the house had plenty of beach towels and an onsite washer and dryer, making it easy to keep our towels fresh. Overall, it was an exceptional experience. I highly recommend it and will definitely return.

Great stay in Anna Maria

Our week stay in Anna Maria was wonderful. The house provided a perfect amount of space with the lower full house and the separate suite above the garage. The house was clean and kitchen had everything we needed to cook. The pool area is beautiful, we used it often. The short walk to the beach was great. Our host was easily accessible via text and responded quickly with any concerns. Would absolutely stay again!

Lovely updated home with great location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. House is well appointed and comfortable. There are 2 bedrooms in the main house and an extra detached bedroom with a small spiral stair case above the garage. Pool and hot tub were nice l.

Wonderful

We had a wonderful experience staying at little pink house. The house was clean and a great location only a short walk from the beautiful Bean Point beach. We greatly enjoyed the pool area , the hot tub was perfect for the cool evenings.

Family Getaway

We had a wonderful time staying at the little pink house. I went with my husband, 3 children, brother in law, and sister in law. The 2nd king bedroom being over the garage and detached from the main home was perfect. They were able to have their own space and my children didn’t wake them when they were up early. The pool was clean and perfect size for my young children. There were plenty of spots to relax and sit in it. The kitchen had everything you needed to cook. They provided clean bath towels and pool towels. We loved the house and island and would definitely book again.

Great AMI getaway

Wife and I stayed at Little Pink House for our honeymoon, it was perfect for that and we’re already planning to bring the family back! House is just right, easy access in a quiet neighborhood with great neighbors. Hot tub and pool were wonderful to have. We used the beach chairs, umbrellas and wagon for quick 5 minute walk to beach heaven! We will be back!

Very clean and great location

The house was perfect and location to gulf side and bay side was great. The management team was quick to a minor issue and sent someone out within 2 hours and it was fixed. We would definitely stay again. North end of island is perfect for bike riding and there are many beach accesses close by.

Good place for our vacation

Travelers: two adults in 40s, 12yo and 14yo It’s a short distance to Bean Point and other locations in AMI especially if you rent a golf cart (which was fun and I highly recommend). The house itself is a nice place but kitchen was adequate I’d say, has some older fixtures and appliances. Faucet wasn’t working correctly which didn’t get fixed while we were there. To be clear: there is a MBR w en suite bath in the main house and a bunkhouse for kids w three beds in bunked fashion. The third bedroom is above the garage and accessed by a narrow spiral staircase. It would NOT be easy to navigate for older person and was not exactly easy to get luggage up those steps. I agree there was an odd odor up there but it didn’t bother my daughter. The pool and hot tub are nice but the dumb vacuum cleaner needs to stay in and the hose etc take up too much space. There were plenty of towels, the laundry is FREE not coin operated as suggested. If you like blankets for napping/cuddling bring your own. The ones there were gross. Overall it was ok for our trip. We couldn’t get our portal working and emails were returned during business hours. They do offer after hours service for “urgent” issues. It definitely could use some basic updates and repairs. If we go back to AMI we would not likely reuse this specific property.

Nice pool and location. House and backyard are much smaller than seen in the pictures. It’s a 2 bedroom house and advertising is misleading. 3rd bedroom is over the garage and only accessible through a fire staircase. Not for elderly or kids.

Perfect family spot

We loved our stay. AMI is one of our favorite places to vacation. The location of this home is perfect. Close to great shops and restaurants and just a short walk to the beach! The size of the pool was great for our 4-year-old. My only advice would be to be careful of the corners in the pool. They are quite sharp and can be dangerous. Overall, we had a wonderful stay. The home was clean and perfect for our family of 5.

Great Getaway

The house was perfect for the two of us. We loved the quiet, residential neighborhood the house is located. The beach access is incredibly convenient and the pool and hot tub were fantastic! It was a fantastic little weekend.

Cute and conveniently located

Upon arrival to the property, I was immediately impressed with the beautiful pool area and clean, crisp, coastal vibes inside the house. I enjoyed the variety of appliances available for use, the provided beach towels and chairs, and the starter kit of dish and laundry soaps. Now I want to mention some things that were… rather less enjoyable and wish I would’ve known about prior to booking. It took several days and several phone calls to figure out how to get the pool and hot tub heated — turns out you can heat only one at a time, bummer. We were also told we had to leave the vacuum in the pool, which takes up SO much space it’s comical. Then there’s the pool alarm on the door out to the pool area, which has no off button, even if you aren’t traveling with children. I completely understand it’s importance, but being jolted awake every time you open the door and forget to bypass it is rather irritating. Getting any type of suitcase or large bag up the spiral staircase up to the bedroom above the garage is near impossible. Period. The outdoor shower was out of order during our stay, unfortunately causing a lot of sand to end up inside and in the pool. The listing advertises “3 minute walk to the beach,” however, the closest beach access we found was about a 10 minute walk. Not a huge deal, just false advertisement. I wish the rental company provided a map with all of the beach access points for those of us not familiar with the area.

Great house

The house was great, close to the beach, had everything you need it and clean. the only thing I would change is the spiral stairs that they're very thight. Its very difficult to go upstairs to the other room, it would be easier if you change the stairs, besides that everything was great in the house.

Convenient location for family vacation

The location of the house was close to shopping and small restaurants, and short walk to the beach. The house was aged but the kitchen did have all the necessary tools so that was a plus. One of the rooms was located above the garage and had spiral iron steps, too small and a hazard for older people to climb (we had grandparents with us). The room had a musty, moldy smell. We aired the room as much as we could but the smell stayed there for the 7 days we were there. We paid for a 3 bedroom home but one of the rooms was not usable due to the smell, could not stay there too long. Anyways, would not go back for the price we paid for it, because I paid for 3 bedroom home but was able to use only 2.

2nd time in the Little Pink House and was just as relaxing as the first.

We had a late flight that got delayed and we didn’t reach the house until 3 am however, check in was easy and we finally got some sleep and were ready to enjoy AMI when we awoke.
