„Rundum ein sehr besonderer Aufenthalt “

„A spotless, beautiful and modern hotel with every comfort. As the hotel was almost empty, we practically had the place to ourselves, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast was excellent, especially the japanese course. We were also kindly upgraded to a better room upon arrival. The rooms are very spacious and still have the brand new hotel feeling. We would like to mention the gentleman at breakfast who brought us coffee before we even had to ask. The onsen was modern and everything ...

„Gutes Frühstück, geräumige Zimmer, gemütliches Onsen im Hotel. Die Inneneinrichtung der Zimmer ist gefühlt mindestens 50jährig. Die Dusche ist ein Witz. “

„Service was excellent, rooms are Japanese style and partly newly renovated. Breakfast and restaurant is nice. The Hotel is quite old and the inside Onsen needs some renovation. Outside onsen is wonderful but many foreigners ignore rules, which is sad (eg. drink beer in onsen or women come to men’s area). Staff at Ezo restaurant cannot speak basic English and at Sisam, the female waitress served hot over a fence, not even thinking about health and safety. Lucky there was one staff member (Andy, a very pleasant and jolly lad) who asked how was our meal and saved the day, otherwise none of the staff even cared. There was a curly hair on the oranges at the breakfast buffet and ...

„Super nice accommodation. Very affordable in off season. “

„I was a impeccable stay from start to finish. The room, the facilities and specially the service was better than expected. I highly recommend.“

„快適に、夏期休暇を過ごす事が出来ました。 冷房設備が欲しいなぁと、思う日がありました。“
